Friendly staff, clean, and comfortable room!

There are the martkets near by, 5 food options, and shops within 7 mins of hotel. Super quite so you can sleep easy at night

Comfortable hotel which provides a good breakfast. Away from the city centre the area does not have much choice for eating places within walking distance.

Great place to stay in Graz! Conveniently located beside a tram and has ample parking space too. Clean rooms!

We arrived in the afternoon and the front desk lady was not friendly and polite In room you do not have phone,tea or coffee maker and no bar sop I don’t recommend their breakfast at all no service,food is very limited and it’s not fresh and on top of that flys are all over foods and customer that makes it very unpleasant not mentioning unhealthy I hope they recognize the problem and fix it

Almost new hotel with excellent staff and everything I need - enough room, desk, electric outlets, quiet area, transportation, and very walkable. Plus very modern and a great value.

A very clean hotel! Very comfortable! AC was a bonus for that warm night. We loved it there, but it was a bit expensive. Breakfast was ok. We definitely will stay there again.

This was a fabulous new, modern and clean hotel. It was in a great location with a tram stop directly across the road and only 10 minutes into the city centre. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cannot find any negatives about this property and would definitely stay here again

New rooms, very nice and helpful staff, convenient location for our purposes, a very good breakfast, free parking, all at a very nice price. We were happy.

Breakfast offerings were quite good. Staff helpful and friendly. Easy access (1tram) to the centre of Graz. Parking was free (rare).

It is a nice new hotel about 10 minutes tram ride from the city center. The building itself is funky and modern. The hotel is located in a mostly immigrant neighborhood and with some artists nearby. A bit different than the city center. It is clean and pretty new. About the only thing I like to have in the room is a water heater so I can have tea and coffee.

Excellent accommodation, perfect for our needs. Very close to tramline into city. Kitchenette in our room want fully equipped (pan missing, no cutlery), but that was rectified quickly. Staff were very polite but not always warm and welcoming in their manner. Cleaner was first class - a lovely, hard working lady.

The hotel itself was very nice, modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was nice a spacious, comfortable bed and large on-suite. The only downside is its location, quite far away from the centre of Graz (although there is a tram stop right outside, about 25 mins ride to centre) and also right next door to a sports centre with large outdoor pitch, a little bit intrusive from the hotel windows, but problem easily solved by closing the curtains.

Enjoyed my stay, first time to Europe, didn't know what to expect! Very clean... I'd stay there again!

Terrible stay. a) no one for checkin , there is self check-in b) the room was with 3 single (small beds) one is on the deck. c) but I was alone and there is a stair in between, d) no coffee machine, e) nothing as gym, or resturant or bar... d) the picture of the rooms on the net are pretty different.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit bequemen Betten und bestem W-LAN. Zudem ist das Personal ausgesprochen höflich und hilfsbereit. Durch eine Straßenbahnlinie ist das Hotel bestens an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden.

Good hotel clean nice staff to recommend ..

Es war bei meinem Aufenthalt alles in Ordnung. Eine Nacht Einzelzimmer, bis auf das Badezimmer das etwas klein gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Würde es wieder buchen.w
