Lovely and smiling staff with great location..

It was a great stay here. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious for breakfast.

Good, standard and according to the price.

I booked and paid for the room price including breakfast, but the hotel stated that my booking did not include breakfast and I had to pay for it. Is it a problem with Traveloka or the hotel?

Had a pleasant stay. Would return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel is worth it.. the rooms are spacious and comfortable. the location is not far from Kl sentral. only the employees are not smiling enough..

The hotel location at the Kuala Lumpur city center albeit a bit far from mass rapid transport stations, but the hotel have bus stop for the public bus which have direct route to the SBZ airport. The room with rugs has standar amenities, but includes with iron & board, refrigerator, and the safe box.

The hotel staff is very friendly, although the building is old and the design is not modern but the room & bathroom are very clean and not dusty, only 12 minutes walk to Nu Sentral. There are many foods around the hotel and iron is provided in each room. I had a great stay here

We really enjoyed our stay at the Scott Hotel and we will come back again for a trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Hotel is outsourced the breakfast to an adjacent small restaurant and the the breakfast I had for the 1st day was one of the horrible breakfast I ever had in my life. And the second day nothing was available for the breakfast and none of the restaurant staff was willing to help too! So the next 2 days I didn't even go there as there are many good restaurants are surrounded 2-5 minutes waking distance from the hotel. So better book a non breakfast room.

The bed, pillow and blanket is new and comfortable. Clean room with window. Nice staff.

We were very happy, extended stay for another 2 days. Hotel is near to central railway make it easy to go anywhere. Staff very good. Guards are friendly.

This is my second stay and everything is great.

The room was nice. But for deposited is not clear. They not say we need pay for tax and cut from deposited. And the hotel a bit far from Kuala Lumpur sentral. Need walk by 10mins.

Breakfast simpel sih tapi rasa Tamil. Baru kali ini coba makanan Tamil. Sedap dan penuh macamam kue Manis, bisa refill air minum di dalam resto ada dispenser. Hotel view city bisa liat aktivitas kota Malaysia yang sibuk dengan kereta api, mrt, lrt dan jalanan yang bertingkat.

Kesediaan dan kesigapan pegawainya bagus, kamarnya bagus sangat cozy mnrtku. Dari kamar kelihatan petronas, klcc. Recommended. Kalau ke KL mungkin akan nginap di sini lagi.

Saya datang jam 10 pagi. Titip koper, dan bilang mau check ini. Karena check in baru bisa jam 14, lalu saya titip koper dan keliling-keliling kota terlebih dahulu. Lalu saya kembali ke hotel pukul 15 dan melakukan check in. Proses check in lumayan lama sekitar 30 menit. Setelah dikasih kunci kamar. Ternyata kamarnya belum dibersihkan sama sekali alias sangat sangat belum siap. Saya pesan 2 kamar dan 22nya belum siap/belum dibersihkan. Akhirnya saya menunggu sekitar 60 menit untuk dibersihkan kamarnya terlebih dahulu.

Good staff and nice room. Room was clean and good view.
