several times using traveloka to book but this time the hotel almost wanted to cancel with the reason that the traveloka system was wrong because the room should have been full. while checking back and forth every time to book. finally got it with a higher price because it was also a holiday. but when checking in the officer said it was full a bit annoyed. although in the end I got it. The natsepa in my personal opinion is a very comfortable hotel. never complained about the service. all of them are really good. and it's very unfortunate that there was no request for forgiveness after I was told to wait 1 hour, if I hadn't checked at the reception they would have just let it be. 1 hour of waiting still had to wait for the manager. After the manager came, he was given the key that was previously said to be full. Hopefully, this kind of miscommunication will not happen again, both from the hotel and Traveloka. Apart from that, it was very satisfying, it doesn't make me hesitate to come back again.
