Location is great. Breakfast was excellent. Just that one of the daytime male front desk clerks was really rude and didn't cooperate with the mistake we made: room was for 4 people, but we came with an extra one and the guy was a real pain in the neck about it.

It was a basic tiny room for a night but well kept in an area you can walk around and find a place to eat or buy some water or juice. Friendly staff. Only one temperature water but it comes out lukewarm and I enough for shower. Overall I'd stay here again if i just needed a bed and shower. Received a breakfast on a plate and it tasted very good.

Behind the bed the walls had mold they said theres nothing they could do the rooms where insanely small no safe box overall wouldnt reccomend

Too many beds in one room

Good location is about all that there's good. No hot water is provided in the rooms. Have to shower and shave with cold water. Very thight space. Mold in the bathroom and no room to even set a toothbrush. Breakfast is very limited. Personnel is atentive

Good 1 night stay kind of place in the pinch. Cheap, clean, friendly. Walls paper thin. Don"t think of sleeping in..:)

This hotel is well located in the Bocagrande area of Cartagena. It felt like a safe, walkable area. The staff here are amazing. Some, but not all, spoke English. The entire hotel is on ground level with a small, central common lounge area where there is always coffee. There is a water cooler in the lobby although tap water is drinkable. A simple, reasonable breakfast is included with fruit, juice, coffee, eggs or ham & cheese sandwich, toast, sometimes potatoes or plantains. The double room is small, about 9×10 ft, without a window except to the interior hallway. At first it seemed ok, but by the 3rd day felt way too cramped for 2 people. There is a wardrobe, in-room safe, small table but no chair. There is some space under the bed. I can usually sleep anywhere but slept poorly on the mattress. Good, cold AC, wifi that cuts in and out. Reasonable size bathroom with full size shower, toilet and sink. No shelves or hooks in the bathroom. No hot water which seems to be the norm in Cartagena. However water temperature was lukewarm vs cold. Sheets and towels were in good condition. Daily housekeeping. It was quiet at night, but often very noisy hallways from early morning to late evening. The hotel is oriented to Colombian couples and families. Overall, good for a short stay but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.

Good location and good price. I just needed a cheap no-frills hotel for 1 night in Bocagrande and that was fine. Staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was good. There’s nothing luxurious about it. Room was small and had no window but I didn’t care. Hotel was quiet. I wouldn’t go there with my girlfriend but alone, on the cheap, it was good.

Good location and price, but for the same price you can find a better hotel. The shower was slow, and the room is smaller that how it looks like in the website
