Good experience

Nice property. A bit of a walk to Mostar Bridge, however nicely positioned directly over a mall. Staff are wonderful!

The room was not very clean, and the water temperature in the shower fluctuated between hot and cold. The breakfast was disappointing, lacking the quality and variety expected from a five-star hotel. The only advantage of this hotel is its convenient location inside a shopping mall, making it easy to shop.

Spacious room, very clean and a great view of the city. A short taxi ride to the old town. Would recommend.

For my first trip into Bosnia & Herzegovina, the Hotel Mepas was absolutely the BEST. Parking was easy. Access was easy. Check in was easy and courteous. Reception Desk was able to answer my questions. The Breakfast was Top Notch! I would definitely recommend Hotel Mepas to anyone travelling to Mostar or Sarajevo - as base to have a great experience.

The hotel staff were very helpful when I needed their assistance close to midnight on the day I checked in. Their breakfast options and restaurant for evening dining is excellent, also all facilities and rooms are situated within the top floors of a shopping centre with easy access to shops and underground parking which was very useful.

This hotel is wonderful. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had a lovely big bath which was a nice surprise. It is part of a shopping centre so parking is convenient and safe. The shopping centre has a great variety of stores and if you need snacks or food and drinks it has it all at very reasonable prices. Our breakfast was included and it was amazing, lots of choice of fresh produce and meats and salads. Excellent way to start the day. Service from reception to restaurant staff are super friendly and made our short stay very enjoyable. A short walk to local restaurants and the old town is walkable approx 20 minutes. The market is full of great traders and there are plenty of restaurants to satisfy any taste.

Luxurious and clean

Big, clean modern rooms on a few floors attached to a big mall. Big variety at the breakfast area and helpful staff. Used the large fitness, pool and sauna area as well as had a massage during our stay. Good place to stay but not really walkable to walk the historic Old Bridge area. Got a taxi easily for that.

Exceeded our expectations. A true five star hotel.

Everyone was friendly, except the man who came to fix tv was a bit grumpy.

Overall it was great hotel. Rooms where very clean, staff really good. The only inconvenience for this hotel is that they permit smoking and the elevator smells really bad.

This hotel is, at best, a solid 4-star. It doesn't really scream "5-star" in any way. The overall look is just okay, the breakfast was below average, and there's this weird cheap smell lingering in the hallways. The only good thing about it is that the rooms are clean and spacious, and the people at the check-in desk were very friendly.

This is such a great hotel. I had stayed here before so I already knew it was good. Friendly and helpful staff, a great pool and nice breakfast. The location in the Mall takes some getting used to but actually works well.
