Overall a good place, but if you're tall like me you may find yourself hitting your head a fair bit Included breakfast is good and the onsens are a nice addition, but the rooms themselves are a bit barebones and dont come standard with fullsize towels. If a ryokan is your thing, its great

The hotel’s customer service is one of the best things! Hotel staff greeted us on the arrival. Check-in was fast (less than 5 minutes). They allowed us to go to our room 40 minutes earlier than the usual time. Their English is minimal but enough to understand all requirements and regulations. The room is big and very clean. The free on-site parking is big for lots of cars. The beds are very comfortable. I love the pillows. The included dinner with the room was excellent. We enjoyed our dinner, and the foods tasted great. Mr. Yokote, our waiter, was very professional, nice, polite, welcoming, and always smiling. He explained all detailed information of our meals in English. Breakfast buffet was included in the room.

Despite it being a massive onsen complex, we didn't feel like it and the service was excellent, multiple restaurants/bars/baths, 10 minutes walk from city center which probably explains why it's cheaper than the rest of the town.

朝食ビュッフェのスタッフの対応が悪い 残りわずかな料理の補充などまるで気づかない　動かない

風呂に掛け湯をしないで入る輩が多い。 団体客対応で一般客の対応が疎かになっていた。

エアコンが壊れているのか、騒音が気になった。 また、壁紙が剥がれているのが気になった。

8階角の3人部屋が、とても良かったです。 お風呂のお湯も設備も最高でした。 お食事やサービスも行き届いていて、心地良い3日間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

風呂場、脱衣室が綺麗でした 夕食のブュッフェスタイルはとても良いと思います 全般的に美味しかったですが、もう少しの味わいの物もありました

客室の雰囲気、館内設備、スタッフの対応等 どれもよかった。

設備は綺麗で心地良く過ごせました。夕食バイキングの料理の質を持った改善してもらいたいです。

部屋も清潔で大浴場もふたつあって良かったです。夕飯と朝食も美味しかったです。 スタッフさんもみなさん親切でした。

　フロントの対応が早く丁寧だった

チェックイン開始前にホテルに着きましたがフリードリンクと足湯で時間まで待つことができ良かったです。スタッフのみなさんも丁寧に対応していただき良かったです。部屋からの景色も最高で部屋はとても綺麗でしたが、空気清浄機の汚れが少し気になりました。

食物方面不合格，選擇非常小

客室が広く清潔で、食事も色々あって楽しめました。

部屋の照明がもう少し明るければ… ちょっと暗く感じました。
