The hotel’s customer service is one of the best things! Hotel staff greeted us on the arrival. Check-in was fast (less than 5 minutes). They allowed us to go to our room 40 minutes earlier than the usual time. Their English is minimal but enough to understand all requirements and regulations. The room is big and very clean. The free on-site parking is big for lots of cars. The beds are very comfortable. I love the pillows. The included dinner with the room was excellent. We enjoyed our dinner, and the foods tasted great. Mr. Yokote, our waiter, was very professional, nice, polite, welcoming, and always smiling. He explained all detailed information of our meals in English. Breakfast buffet was included in the room.

Despite it being a massive onsen complex, we didn't feel like it and the service was excellent, multiple restaurants/bars/baths, 10 minutes walk from city center which probably explains why it's cheaper than the rest of the town.

伊香保の石段街も楽しめて良かった

清掃が行き届いていない。前の宿泊客が残したと思われるタオルハンカチが部屋の引き出しに入ったままになっていた。シャワー室には、歯磨き粉の残骸のようなものが残っていて清潔感が足りない。宿泊途中フロントにて、支配人にその旨を伝えるように伝言したが、最後まで謝罪やコメントの類は一切なかった。対応がとても残念。

料理美味しかったです

綺麗で対応もよく、朝のブュッフェも種類も多く大満足でした

スタッフの皆さんの対応がとても丁寧でよかったです。バイキングも美味しく品数も多かった。

今回雪で天候が心配でしたが、とても良い時間を過ごす事が出来ました。食事が2食とも豪華でびっくりしました。温泉も良かったです。

思わぬ大雪でバス停に行くのが大変でしたが、バスの時間を教えてもらえたり、親切な対応でありがたかったです。ウェルカムドリンク、文学館が良かったです。

スタッフ、清掃の方、みなさんとてもよく清潔な施設、温泉も良かったです。部屋の写真に座椅子とテーブルがあったのですが実際はなくてちょっとがっかりしましま

ご飯も美味しくて素敵な宿でした‼︎

部屋の歯ブラシが色違いにしてくれているため、複数人で使用する時にわかりやすい。 温泉入り口の履き物の抗菌と付箋で名前を貼り付ける何気ないサービスが素晴らしかった。 部屋は清潔感があって癒されました。 エレベーター内の自動ドア上部に少し埃が付いていた。

とても静かで良かったです。 お風呂のかごを持っている方がいました。部屋になかったのでご用意があると親切だと思います。
