Very nice and clean!

We enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be incredibly nice and accomodating. They had tattoo covers available at the front and I appreciated that all of the ammenties were explained to us in the beginning. The location was nice as it is close to beppu station and we really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. All of the food was very delicious. One thing that I wished was for the kaiseki dinner that I had better japanese to have gotten the full experience, but that is on me.

Outstanding rooms and facilities

Beautiful spa with lovely outdoor onsen as well. Very attractive Japanese garden with koi pool. Extremely clean with large rooms and lots of amenities. Would happily return to this hotel. Overall, lovely.❤️

Ryokan was super clean and presented very nicely. Great food also for dinner and breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Facilities are top notch and the staff were amazing and so attentive. The only thing I’d say needing improvement is the food! Other than that everything was great!

Very nice and clean hotel. Great hot spring for relaxation. It is very close to the park. Their dinner taste menu are full of fish plates, kind of overkill but the service was great.

I like the location. It’s great,close to train station. The room was clean and also the whole staffs were very nice and friendly, both at the front desk and staffs at the restaurant. It was very impressive!!!!!onsen was great!!!!

We had an amazing stay at Hana Beppu, the food and onsen was wonderful! My only critique would be the washroom didn't come with a toilet brush to clean it so have to use hand. Perhaps all rooms should come with one. But overall we had a pleasant time here!

Highly recommend! Definitely will come back again. It feels like you are back home. Super relax service. Room is comfortable and clean. Food is amazing. Just one thing - the blanket provided are a bit short (if you are over 1.70cm)

Friendly and warmly

It’s walking distance from Beppu Station. Shopping mall and restaurants are not far from the station. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The Kaiseki dinner is a nice experience! It’s highly recommended.

Property and staff wise, excellent. Where hotel is located is limited with the restaurant options. However, It is close to the Beppu station if you walk about 10 minutes. Staff spoke English and Korean

Convenient location (Beppu Station and Beppu Park) and friendly staff. Good variety of food for both breakfast n dinner. They were flexible in accommodating to special food requirement or preference.
