Due to occupancy, breakfast for a minimum of 5 rooms will be served at the restaurant. If there are less than 5 rooms, room service is available. Finally, I ordered breakfast at 5:00 AM and it was delivered to my room on January 20, 2026. Thank God, it didn't arrive until 5:20 AM, so I left it for the CO. I had previously complained to the receptionist, but after checking with the kitchen, the results were still being processed.

The bathroom had a lot of yellow crust and smelled like sewage. The yellow crust should have been cleaned, as it was disgusting to look at. The toilet was also yellow and crusty, and the AC wasn't cooling. It's old-fashioned and needs replacing.

The location is very strategic in the Jatinangor area, as it's close to three well-known universities. The staff is excellent, the Wi-Fi is fast, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the food is quite varied, though we found the Sumatran cuisine to be a little lacking. Overall, it's a good and solid place to stay.

breakfast are excellent. clean room. calm and shooting atmosphere. swimming pool only open at 7AM to 5PM. large prayer room. Staff are welcoming and accommodating. Problem with Wifi, experiencing signal loss in my room. this is my first 3-stars hotel, overall good 👍

The place and meal were pretty good but the bathroom was very small and weirdly shaped. it was unconfortable to bathe and go to the toilet every single time. Hot water was also lacking.
