Excellent service, my first night i had a room near de elevator and the sound was a bit annoying and the next day they changed me with no problem. The breakfast was good and the live music in the bar was great.

Had an experience which I never expected from a hotel like Radisson. On the day of checkout I left my bag at the reception and received a tag. Later during the day, I gave an additional bag to the lady at the reception and asked her to stow it away with my existing bag and showed her my luggage tag. When I went to collect my bags at the time of departure, only one bag was returned. Second bag went missing. When tried to explain the lady ( different than the one earlier) played dumb and didn’t want to investigate what happened to the bag. It has left a bad taste about Radisson. People staying here beware! The incident happened on the 26th March 2026 around 9:00 pm Brazil time.

Staff were amazing very helpful. Hotel in good condition, nice room with a very comfortable bed.

The entire property lacks management. I stayed for 9 days and I did not see a hotel manager once!! This certainly shows… from the shocking quality of room servicing/ cleaning to the management of breakfast it is all literally a joke!!!! Eggs take 30 minutes and they arrive inedible.. simple poached egg is either rubber or raw. Twice they had no eggs to offer “ ran out” on a week day at 8am.. how is this possible?! A Radisson property! The breakfast is also the same every single day not even the fruit on offer changes and they don’t even have ability to make a cuppacino… only TERRiBLE vending coffee avail even if you want to pay!!! The towels are thread bear and the rooms are NOT sound proofed even on the 17th floor you hear street noise and elevator noise and other guests. If I had not paid in advance I would have checked out. The sauna was also under maintenance for all 9 days of the stay.. and the staff are just soo uninterested in guests it’s a joke! I told the one I didn’t have slippers in my room I was told to go buy next door at the pharmacy ! Like really?! This hotel is seriously ruining the radisson brand And last but not least shocking WiFi impossible to have a teams meting in your room. Just stay at the Melia ! Avoid!

Nice hotel, comfortable and quiet rooms. Front desk were great, great service. The restaurant service is not so good you are mainly ignored. The food was a mixed bag the mignon was overcooked and like leather while the spaghetti was very good. Desert was great but small. The second nights dinner was better in both terms of service and quality of food.

Awesome place when in transit thru campinas

We had such an incredible time at the Radisson the staff are wonderful the check in was easy. The breakfast was fabulous. They had a juice bar which you could choose your own fruit and and mint etc and they would make it for you at no extra charge. absolutely loved this. They also helped me. I left something in the room and they went out of their way Above And beyond to find it and I was really grateful for their help, and locating it.

Good place to stay in a safe area of town.

Nice hotel, however, for my visit they were unable to fill up the shower gel, next to my room was some sort of fan that ran on and off which was loud during the night. Poor service in the restaurant, waited 15 minutes to get served before giving up.

The staff are always great! The place is clean and well decorated. We always enjoy our stay. Breakfast is superb! Easy to walk around to restaurants and shops.
