MAKE SURE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE RIAD IF YOU WILL ARRIVE LATE. We arrived at 1AM from the airport and the riad was CLOSED. Yes! Locked! Lights out! Everyone sound asleep. It took my tour guide and transfer driver a good 20 mins to call, knock, ring bell, talk irritated amongst themselves in Arabic, etc. Until a man opened up the door and said d everyone was asleep already. He finally let us in and took us to our room. The place itself is nice. We were only there for a night but I would definitely come back. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was simple but tasty. No fruits. Only coffee or tea, two kinds of bread slices, and a cake slice, with honey and strawberries jam and orange jam. Again, everything tasted great, but no variety. I would still recommend this riad.

Riad Zaki was a wonderful place to stay for my first time to Marrakech. It was within walking distance of most everything. The room was beautiful and the family running it could not have been more delightful, warm, and helpful!

This is a beautiful Riad. Both the owner, Zaki, and the front desk employee, Zacharia, were wonderful. They went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Would highly recommend staying at this riad.

We were welcomed with a traditional Moroccan tea. Zakaria who was there most of the time made us feel at home. He even served us breakfast at 5:30 am when we went for our hot air balloon ride. Everything is within few minutes walking distance. Could not ask for any better place to stay. Highly recommended.

The service at this riad is top notch. 5 star service for sure. The entire place was immaculately clean and well decorated. The location is outstanding as well. Not directly in the Medina so there isn’t as much congestion as the Medina. The Medina is about a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast was a traditional Moroccan breakfast. Our room was beautiful. We were greeted by towel swans on a huge and very comfortable bed. The complementary soaps in the bathroom were phenomenal, they definitely smelled authentically Moroccan. My fiancé and I would most certainly stay here again and we would recommend this place to others.

The Riad was beautiful with an added bonus of having a hammam on site. What was shocking was I had paid for 5 beds only to be given 4. I showed them my booking they said if I wanted the extra bed I would have to pay more. My daughter just shared our bed.

Fantastic stay with Riad Zaki. Owner was welcoming and the room fantastic. Breakfast was a bit sweet for UK tastes, but generously portions. Overall the central location and helpfulness was a real bonus.

Despite communicating with the staff prior to our travel and receiving confirmation about the booking dates, the room was found to be occupied on our arrival. They arranged for us to stay in another nearby riad, that was below standard to what we had paid.

You can't beat the location. No matter what direction you turned to you ran into something interesting and amazing. The staff, especially Joseph, was so very kind and attentive. He set up all of our excursions and made sure we were comfortable with every transaction. Definitely spend the extra money on the breakfast. They do a remarkable job. The location was slightly noisy but that just means your in the center of all the action.

Perfect location, just few minutes away from all activities. Loved the Riad, nice and clean, we had the suite, plenty of room. And compared to other Riads we stayed at, you don’t have to wait 10 min for the hot water to come, lived it😀

We returned to Riad Zaki after a few days in Agadir and were so pleased that it felt like coming home. The location is great and the Riad itself is spotless and has a lovely welcoming feel to it, it is very well maintained throughout. This was our second time staying at the Riad and once again it was a pleasant experience which was made more special by the extra care we were given by the staff especially by Zakaria who always went out of his way to cater to us and our children. The owners themselves have created a welcoming and peaceful environment which is well run but it is the day staff Zakaria and the lovely lady Hind who made our stay extra special. Travelling with young children this made all the difference and meant that we were well looked after and tested amongst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. We will definitely be recommending this Riad to family and friends.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes away from the main square. Staff were welcoming and helpful with everything. The hotel was decorated to a high standard and room was lovely and airy. Only down point for us was the constant noise from the roads ! But I’m sore tooms on the other side of the building were quieter. Also a fridge in the room would have been handy. Apart from that we had an excellent stay with a great breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great location; very close to main plaza and Medina area; not hard to find. Check in was smooth with a Moroccan tea welcome drink. Breakfast is different kinds of breads, yogurt, orange juice, milk, coffee and tea...enough for us. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Hammam experience was nice but I would have liked a lot more pressure for the relaxing massage. The room was not cleaned while we were there, and that is okay, but there was only 1 waste basket and that filled up quickly with four of us in the room. We also didn't find any toiletries upon arrival and had to ask for soap. Wifi was very iffy the first day and a half, and was practically inaccessible in the room. The building itself is very nice and the rooms are well kept. All in all it was a nice stay.
