Great hotel,

Room was Clean, Staff was friendly, Bathroom was spacious. Bed was nice. The only reason for the 4 is: 5th floor elevator is not the main elevator and it is located in seperate area and only fits 2 people with no luggage or one person with luggage. You then walk an unenclosed hallway to the outside to get to your 5th floor room. Fine if the weather is good but not ideal if its not. All and all a very nice place just know that uf you book 5th floor you will not use the large primary elevators. Also note parking padlocks could use being replaced. Padlock on parking gate is rusted and hard and my wife could not close.Again a great location and 5-8 min walk to beach and dining.

Remember to book the spa in advance, plunge pool not very deep and some of the jacuzzi jets not working, other than that it was fabulous. Roof top bar and pool also great. Monte Gordo a solid up and coming location, not over developed for tourism. Worth getting out the town to Tavira or other beautiful algarve coast line locations - roads very smooth for driving.

Loved the outside pool on the rooftop. Very nice balcony with views on our 4th floor accommodation. Nothing negative to mention.

Great hot and cold options for breakfast. Super meal choices very good. Staff very accommodating to our requests. We were only a15 min walk (flat) to train station. Close proximity to highway that is very walkable to Vila Real deSanto Antonio.

Lovely staff lovely environment and amazing experience. I had a lovely time unwinding with my kids and I would like to thank all the staff for this experience. Just lets get irons in every room pleaseeee! My only comment and cristisim. Thank you again 🙏

Wondeful

We absolutely loved our stay. The only feedback is on the gym. We would have loved to have had some actual barbells or dumbbells instead of just kettlebels. We will come back and hopefully we LL see these changes.

Beds were inconsistent, wife's 1/2 was a nice mattress, the mattress on my side was old/worn and so soft that I had one of the worst sleeps of anywhere I have ever stayed, also the blackout curtains didn't work and almost fell on me when I tried to close them. Dinner: we were not shown anywhere on the Orbitz site that dinner was only available with a 24hour reservation (for a buffet?), and it was 30 euros per person. But the person at the front desk directed us to a very nice place to eat that cost us 1/2 of what the buffet would have. Parking: we were lucky it was out of season still or we would not have found parking. The site does not have dedicated parking that I could see, even though it says they have parking on Orbitz. I gave 2 stars because the breakfast was decent, and view from room was nice. After walking around, I came to the conclusion that there are nicer and cheaper hotels closer to the beach. Stay away from this one!!!!

Excellent arrival experience served by a professional, friendly, knowledgeable gentleman. Great location close to restaurants, beachfront, boardwalk and more. Highly recommend.

A wonderful stay at The Prime Energize. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, bed comfy and ideal for our stay. The spa area was lovely. The indoor pool was perfect for a rainy January day. The breakfast was top notch. Continental or cooked was available. Faultless.

Good view of sea if you get the room on fifth floor, good bed, spacious room, spacious balcony, very clean room and bathroom with all amenities. The only thing that put us off were the broken locks on bathroom doors. Imagine the hassle of staying the day/ night with two mischievous toddlers. The breakfast and half board buffet is just basic. Although, you get the option to purchase what is not on the buffet menu. We wish the indoor pool let in kids in the evening if the pool isin’t busy. And wish the buffet had kids food.

Lovely and affordable stay. Perfect in November when the throngs of visitors have diminished. Bathroom was super clean, but there was a bit of mold in the shower.

Nice hotel and lovely surroundings -beach and woodland area. The only downside for the hotel was the beds very uncomfortable

Restaurant staff were polite helpful and welcoming. Hotel was in a side street with easy access to restaurants the beach and local shops.

They had turned from Summer to Winter so the air-conditioning was off. Only the heat worked which made the room too warm.

Highly recommend- very clean, friendly helpful staff.

Hotel is nice and modern. Jr. suite was large only issue was the shower has like a half door and water went all over the floor after every use. We possibly didn’t use it right but I think we did. Breakfast had variety and was delicious. We only ate lunch in the hotel once it was ok but kinda pricey tons of other restaurants close by and more affordable. It’s about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and it’s very safe. We stayed 8 nights and had a great time. Lots of other towns close by to visit also.

Very nice hotel, clean , great location. The downside are the confusion at breakfast with the tweezers to use for taking items and not available jacuzzi because of covid when in the pool is ok.
