The hotel is in a very strategic location, making it easy to access various attractions. The receptionist during check-in was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I checked in during the afternoon, and the service was outstanding. Truly an excellent first impression! The hospitality and professionalism of the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Enjoy staying here. Close to Disneyland. There is a shuttle bus to and from. The room is also clean and spacious. There is also a Disney shop in the hotel. You can redeem coupons and special discounts and also shop if you stay at this hotel. ❤️

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and most importantly, it is very close and has a shuttle to Disneyland HK.

Sadly I stayed here for only a night! I went there to celebrate Halloween. It was perfect! I recommend other people to stay at least 2 nights since there's a lot of things to do. Don't forget to search for some stamps and redeem your postcard. Sadly there's no more free disney themed amenities. Also, there was not many scheduled bus to go to other hotels I've stayed the other two hotels, IMHO this hotel is way better than the other two. I also love how the shop downstairs has a lot of merch from the parks. I'll stay here for the next trip

It's really fun here, the hotel is nice, spacious, the service is good, the staff are friendly, there are lots of activities, the playground is also good, everything is orderly, the TV shows Disney movies, it's very entertaining and brings back childhood memories, I just regret that the toiletries are paid even though what's unique about staying at a Disney resort is the knick-knacks.

Thematic hotel with all the cute details. Large room with 2 queen beds, can sleep 4 adults. There are also lots of shuttles to and from Disneyland, so you don't have to wait too long. Super friendly service. The children had a happy stay here.

Very pricey, minimum facilities. Amenities not included in the room price. Kids have to pay additional fee to join the breakfast. But it's very close to Disneyland. Beautiful scenery.

Great hotel, lot of activities for children. Everyday was given discount voucher to buy accesories in the hotel store, its a cheaper way to buy disney accesories and hotel access que is faster to enter disney park

Saya sekeluarga sangat menikmati stay selama 3N di Disney Explore Lodge. Dalam kamar ada air minum yang di refill setiap harinya. Kamar bersih dan harum. Terdapat free shuttle bus to Disneyland dan MTR station.
