Very comfortable room. Close walking distance to the riva promenade, beach, and port.

Clean, friendly, and great location!

Great stay, very clean and everything I needed for a short stay when I would be out exploring most of the time! More of an apartment block than a hotel but not a problem for me, access was simple and didn’t mind nobody being around when I entered and exited. Good location for old town and port to catch ferries. I arrived late and organised a transfer with the hotel - taxi driver Alan was really friendly and helpful and a great first impression of the people of Croatia! Knocked a star off for the the facilities as I found the safe wasn't attached in the wardrobe. It wasn’t super heavy or large so you could’ve just picked it up and walked away with it…

Small apartment close (only 5-10 minutes walk) from the old city and the ferry port. Doesn't look like anything special from outside, but inside a nice upscale apartment. Not huge but functional. Nice rain shower in a modern bathroom. Small work desk, and kettle. Staff friendly and helpful.

Our room was so conveniently located to The Riv. just enough away to not get the party goers at night but close enough to walk to everything. The room was compact but spacious enough for me and my daughter. Very clean as well. I would stay there again. We had a problem figuring out the AC (user error). A few WhatsApp texts and it was solved. Loved our stay!!

Overall, this is a good place to stay in Split! The location is super convenient. While it’s not in the heart of Old Town, it’s a quick walk away and in a quieter area, which is nice for sleeping. The biggest downside is that there isn’t a whole lot of privacy, but I would recommend it!

The hotel is 5 minutes walking to the bus station and all the restaurants very close and walkable distance to the palace, the bathroom is clean and the checking was easy and the lady very nice person so i am happy with the stay

The management was extremely helpful with providing the driver from the airport. Our flight was delayed and they were waiting for us when we did arrive! The driver was so nice to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs to our room. The location is ideal for the harbor, easy walk and all downhill if you are traveling with your bags to catch a boat. In the morning the mgmt was kind to place a call to our boat to advise the location in the harbor. All of the service was excellent and appreciated. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Thank you!

The property was clean, bed comfortable and suited our needs for two nights. The only drawback is two flights of stairs to navigate suitcases. Close to everything especially the bus and train station.

Great communication when booking. Very well located to trains and to port. Very friendly staff. Room cleaned daily. 3 flights of stairs to contend with and no lift was the only downside.

The apartment was perfectly situated close to the bus station, airport transfer stop and tour pickup points with easy access to all the sights of Split, just a few minutes walk from the shops and many restaurants, and, of course the Diocletian Palace. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and well fitted out with a fridge, kettle and complementary chocolates and biscuits. Excellent spacious bathroom with great shower. Check in and access to keys etc. were very straightforward. Our bed was made up and room cleaned daily.

We were just wanting a convenient overnight stop within walking distance before heading off to Plitvice National Park. It was ok for the price but quite small and dated. No room around bed to put suitcase etc.

The property was wasy to locate wasn't far from bus terminal. Very local to all transportation, train, ferry and taxis services. 5-10 minute walk to make attractions. Accommodation is room only but plenty of restaurants available with a short walking distance. Hotel located on second floor of building very clearly signed. Need to inform of exact time arrival but there is a code to access lobby. Room are very clean and modern with all the necessary amenities, fridge.and safe. Room cleaned daily. Had a room with balcony but views limited as room situated at rear. The rooms seems more spacious in pictures but not so in reality.The hotel is not always manned but can be contactable via Expedia app. Would highly recommended great value for money. Overall felt safe in hotel and area. Staff are friendly and helpful.
