Great location and very handy set up. Communication was bad to start. I was given a phone number that didn’t work and I had to escalate to hotels.com for help. Once I had the right number it was fine!

The location was excellent. The sofa bed was saggy and very dusty. I wouldn’t let my child sleep there. Without it, the apartment comfortably sleeps 4 not 5.

Quick stop over had everything we needed

The location is both amazing and a pain. It’s within walking distance to all the amazing places. Big space for the whole family. But didn’t manage to sleep on the sofa bed because of the amount of dust I saw around the sofa bed...the lack of escalator means we had to lug our luggages upstairs though there’s porter services which we could engage for a small fee. Being in a lively area, the noise level is insane every night. The 2 nights we were there, we woke up at 2-3am with fights and verbal war downstairs....police coming by...it was almost impossible to sleep. Highly recommend this place for party goers. But not for family with old and young kids.

Stayed here in October for 3 nights 6 lads doing the marathon in the city and found the apartment suited our needs.Good location close to train station and lots of bars and resturants in the area and around corner from Pink Street so little bit noisy in the early hours of the morning.The apartment was large and had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so perfect for a gang of lads.Kitchen was well stocked and overall we could not find fault with the area or the size of the apartment so a good choice to stay here and WiFi in apartment worked well...

Superb location if you want perfect connections with the rest of Lisbon and would like some heavy night life activity (even if being at the 5th floor in a building without lift is not very good after partying out all night:)). single beds and sofa bed were comfy enough but bunk beds were not that good. no A/c in stifling heat and fans were quite small. for the rest we had everything oven, hob fridge freezer and coffee making facilities to full bathroom equipment and even some toiletries. There was also a good cable tv and wifi.

Overall great location and very accommodating. Beware of noise levels in the evenings.

Aparment location near city center

The apartment is in a very old building. Our stay was though impacted by a not working waterboiler, and access to the apartment was delayed until very late in the evening (almost midnight). This was far from ideal after a long day of travelling with kids. The owner/manager of the hotel did a good job in trying to fix the problem (and eventually they did), but refused any compensation despite not having access to the apartment.....

Had 3 apartments for 16 people for hen party. Couldn't fault them

Great location in city center and closed train & metro station, room price very cheap. You will very love this place it you enjoy nightlife. It is very noisy at night, I sleep with earplug and others is ok.

A nightmare place, don’t book this awfull place. Teard down rooms, stinking and even nails coming up from floor outside a shower!

Trevlig vindslägenhet med ett mycket bra läge. Lite sliten men det var ok för oss. Ett stort plus var att det fanns tvättmaskin.

Muy buena estancia, a pesar que es una zona ruidosa (que nos lo habían comunicado) compensa , situacion inmejorable a pocos metros de zonas de interes, transporte publico en las inmediaciones, metro, bus, tranvia y tren Zona de ocio , restaurantes y supermercado a pocos pasos El unico pero ,falta de utiles de limpieza en el apartamento : una escoba, fregona espartos osea algo con lo que mantener el aseo diario de una casa ,sobre todo para una estancia de 5 dias Puntuacion de notable alto
