Great location. Wonderful hotel. Clean and modern. Staff were great.

The best hotel I stayed in Italy (and I stayed at many!). Brand new, modern, very clean, and they offer some small features you don’t find elsewhere, even a clothe steamer in the room! Staff was friendly, bed is comfy, it’s a little walk from the main attraction but we like to wander around anyway. More quiet-ish neighborhood but perfect for what we needed. If we go back to Venise we are definitely staying there!

Location is good for driving, just 10 mins walk from Carpark. Staff is impolite. Room is tidy Water pressure is extremely low, difficult to have a shower

The perfect place to enjoy Venice! The hotel is wonderful, and the area around it is peaceful & lively at the same time.

excellent staff

This is a good clean hotel but definitely far from all main Venice attractions… about 30 min walking in the narrow winding streets. Plan for that:)

Traveling with a friend in Europe. Novo Avani Rio was our big splurge. The staff was nice. The room adequate and location good. The big negative was the bathroom flooded into the hall of bedroom when the shower was used. We reported to the front desk who said that maintenance would and did fix. Not true. Avoid Room 120! Mopping not on my European agenda.

Lovely hotel with clean, modern facilities. The bed was very comfortable for a perfect nights sleep. Ideally located close to transport links and easy to walk to the many beautiful sights of Venice.

Well maintained property, good breakfast choices. Stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. Will stay here again if visit Venice next time.

i wish the elevators were not out of order at times after all the walking. iverall, service was good though and a variety of options for breakfast.

Everything was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Absolutely nothing to complain.
