Everything was excellent. The ocean views are wonderful and the restaurant is extremely pleasant. The only thing to be aware of is that it is located on the other side of the island from the airport, although it is an easy drive.

The staff were great and friendly. The room was big and very clean with all amenities. The gardens were so beautiful and well kept. The breakfast was excellent and service was great. Easy parking. The view is magical. On the downside we’re the outside pool and the spa. The outside pool tiles were very dirthy at the water level. The stairs on the deep end are lose and very unsafe. The spa was being used as and indoor pool by guests and they were NOT WEARING the required he’d caps that we were tolled had to be worn. I reported this to staff but did not see anything being done about it. So we and some other guests were made to buy caps to use in the spa but others were not. Also, families using the spa with children were using inflatable tubes as if it were a regular pool. The water was cold and not the posted temperature and 80% of the jets did not work. There did not appear to be proper supervision of the spa area. This was very disappointing as the cost of a stay there is expensive and should be properly maintained. I would think twice in staying there again as the outdoor pool and spa is one of the main attractions I consider.

Overall we had a good stay at this property. The surrounding area is beautiful and this property is very quiet. We wished more food options as well as the operational air conditioning in our room.

Difficile d'avoir une plus belle vue à partir de sa chambre d'hôtel! La chambre est grande, la salle de bain aussi et tout est bien pensé. Il y a un plus très joli balcon pour pouvoir assister au lever du soleil. La salle à manger est également orientée vers la mer. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et très bon.

Absolutely loved my stay! Renata at the front desk was so helpful and told me all the best local spots to see the best of Nordeste! The restaurant was amazing! All the staff there were so informative and happy! It had a Great buffet breakfast! Lunch and dinner was great! Very modern but nature inspired so I had a great visit! Pool was amazing! Sauna and Turkish bath also! Great views from the room!

We were really looking forward to the sauna, however it was broken and out of service during our stay

I loved the hotel and everything about the area... great place to take some great photos and enjoy the beautiful area....

A gem in the Nordeste area close to town with views overlooking the ocean

What an awesome place. The view was breath taking. Only stayed a night, but, it was soo worth it!

Beautiful hotel, with stunning views of the village

Favorite place we stayed on our trip and probably one of our favorite places of all time! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and helped answer all questions we had. Our hotel room was so comfortable. Entire facility kept clean. We loved the pool area and spa services. And the food offered in their restaurant/dining area was always delicious.

We were very pleased with the esthetic of the hotel and the lovely and helpful staff members. The breakfast was quite generous and a great start to each day! It was a short walk into town. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Relaxing and enjoyable

Excellent hotel and wonderful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. A gem in Nordeste and definitely worth a visit. Breakfast was good, swimming pool and sauna were a treat, and dinner at the hotel was great. A quiet, quaint town and we loved that. Close to beautiful views and awesome hiking trails. Convenient location to walk around town. Overall a 5 out of 5!

We originally booked one night at this hotel but so enjoyed it we stayed two more! Fabulous restaurant, great staff and the indoor and outdoor pools were thoroughly enjoyed after some great hikes. One of my favourite hotels in Sao Miguel.

Excellent stay. Very quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful view of the ocean. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. It's a great place to relax and shut down from the world. Free parking was a bonus. Enjoyed a relaxing facial at the spa.

Extremely gorgeous property with hospitable staff. The restaurant at the hotel is phenomenal and we ate there almost every night of our stay. The rooms are a nice size and the beds were super comfortable. I think every room has a spectacular view of the ocean. Only issue we experienced was thermostat in room...its centrally controlled by the hotel and our room was a little on the warm side.

Beautiful location. Want to stay w them again. Feels like a spa experience

We stayed in one of the apartments and it was a beautiful place.We enjoyed the heated pools and the turkish bath/sauna.The food at the restaurant was beyond amazing. Camila was our waitress/bartender for the evening and was extremely friendly and offered great recommendations.

Solid hotel, ocean view was amazing, would stay there again! Also used the indoor pool and Sauna, everything was in good working order.
