Staff was very nice and polite, no exception. The location is very handy if you want to be from walking distance to the famous Ver-O-Peso and Ver-O-Rio areas. The breakfast was very good, a decent selection of food, that will set you up for the day ahead.

Room was in good condition but bathroom walls were not clean and need new caulkings. Breakfast was very good and staff was very courteous and professional.

The complimentary breakfast was good and I liked the view from my room. The bathroom was not clean and the pillows were completely flat.

The property was in a great location for the docks with a secure carpark. The room was spacious with an amazing shower, both hot and powerful, nice size bed which was comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection to eat so no problems with deciding

Very badly located,unfriendly staff and terrible rooms.A/C system no maintenance. Very poor shower utilities,my room did not even have a soap bar. Lobby area high temperatures probably of disfunctioning A/C. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

This is a great location for work trips, if you need access to the commercial area. The hotel however, needs a bit more renovation. I have been staying here for at least three years now and the hotel is upgrading. For example, all of the lights I found are now LED. Great for conserving energy and keeping the amount of heat produce down. In addition, this isn't a place to walk around after dark

A recepção não atendeu nosso pedido de um quarto em andar alto. O Quarto estava com morfo nas paredes, apareceu cerca de 5 baratas no quarto durante as 4 diárias que ficamos. A cama não é confortável. O tamanho do quarto é bom. O chuveiro é excelente e café da manhã é bom. A localização é boa, perto das docas e ver o peso, mas a noite muito esquisito, sair só de Uber. No terceiro andar tem ferro de passar roupas compartilhado, secador de cabelo fica na recepção. Estado de pintura do hotel é bom. Tem estacionamento, mas não usamos.

Nao tenho o que reclama sobre a estadia. Quarto limpo. Cafe da manhã ótimo. Os funcionários todos bem solícitos. Tirando duvidas e indicando locais para conhecer. Amei. Sem duvidas voltarei a me hospedar quando voltar a Belém.
