They give me the room after 4 pm which was inconvenient and no complimentary upgrades was offered for a five stars hotel I wished for better arrangements

Mosquitoes or other vermin left me with 8 bites in 15 minutes (in the evening) in the outside bar.

One word: AMAZING. This hotel deserves a DIAMOND status.

Way overpriced compared to the level of luxury that was expected from the hotel. If the “St. regis” logo wasn’t there at the entrance, it would be like any other mediocre hotel. So many small details in the room felt cheap, which is not supposed to be a case for such a high end chain. Also, I can hear a lot of what’s going on in my neighboring room (not very clearly, but we can hear things constantly). If it’s an average hotel, I would give it full rating. But for a hotel with such high price and expectations, I would give it 2 out of 5.

This is the perfect luxurious hotel to stay at with a beautiful sunroom that overlooks the water. This is the perfect location if you want to be near the Dubai mall so many walkable things and the Burj Khalifa!

Perfect! Everyone at the hotel was amazing! Ayham, George, and Sanobai always greeted us like family. The hotel was great in every aspect imaginable. Close to everything, safe, clean, and the chef Shabaka made us feel like family, he personalized our breakfast daily with an extra special touch! Francisco made us a special energizing juice everyday! A lot more than I expected for the money! Great views of creek from our window, and so many extras in the elegant room! World traveler, and so very rarely do we get as expected, it was above expectation. St. Regis made our 1st stay in Dubai extra special. Grateful to all staff, would definitely stay there again!!

Major construction starting at 11:30 at night all the way till six in the morning, wanted to leave, but was promised by the night manager that the construction would not be there the following two days of my stay, which was a complete lie He also promised me that he would accept the refund that I had to process through Expedia, and when I processed the refund it was denied
