Very friendly staff. Pretty rooms and very clean. May want to ask about room view ahead of time. Overall very nice accommodations and friendly staff

Very overpriced for a very subpar room interior. No body soap in the shower, floor plank sticking up cut my foot, and bath towel. disintegrated after a single use. Bed moved around on the floor and wasn't very comfortable. Strange and disgusting incident with an off-duty staff member at the rooftop bar. Just not what we expected for a top dollar hotel. You pay for location which was wonderful.

This was our first stay at H10 Madison and we would definitely come back whenever we come to Barcelona! Great staff, clean room, and the location was perfect!

Good hotel but pricy

The room was small but we made it work. Our cleaning lady kept the room clean. The air conditioning work and kept the room to the temperature that we like. When we arrived the bell hop came out and got our luggage and took them to our room while we checked in. Check in went smooth and within 6-7 minutes we were in room. Room was comfortable and the bed was also comfortable. We bought the breakfast so we enjoyed it for 4 days. Dinner was on the roof where the pool and bar is. Dinner and the bar drinks were great and the views awesome.

The staff and the property are really nice. However, Zaragosa and the rest of Spain is really anti semitic. There are more Palestinian flags supporting the terror regime of Hamas than their own province's flags. Its some kind of weird infatuation with this issue while they ignore women's rights in Afghanistan, South Sudan, Rohiynga massacre, and everything else. They are rooting for an Islamic fundamentalist regime that kills gays, bans alcohol, burkhas their women over a Western style democracy. I am done with Spain.

Excellent hotel at a very good location. Superb services, Javier at the service desk was very helpful in explaining everything and providing recommendations. They found out it was my wife’s birthday and surprised us with a bottle of champagne with a cake delivered to our room. It was really nice!

Great location to see many of the local attractions in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of food and shopping choices around the area. Roof top lounge/bar great place to have a drink and see the area from up high. Although it is accessible to the general public which made it busy and not enjoyable to relax/use the pool area adjacent to the lounge.

Room is comfortable, a bit old design. Shower door won't stay closed, water all over the floor. Rooftop was the best hung out with a beautiful view, great drinks and service.

Love the rooftop, quiet and comfortable. Didn’t like the miscommunication with a front desk regarding the extra charge for the additional person as a child under 7 years old when it was listed as a family room and we never used the sofa bed. Had to pay extra 40 euros for each day.
