It's great, I like the grill restaurant

I was expecting more from a US branded hotel not all the amenity 's where open they need to place on the website what restaurants are open when we arrived only one of the 3 restaurants where open.

Service staff is very good and enthusiastic. Nice clean room, campus and swimming pool are also very nice, 5 star standard. Especially, the large, infinity pool runs from the end of the hall to the beach, my family loves swimming in the lake, swimming in the sea, so it is extremely satisfied. My room had a water pipe problem, but it was resolved to change another room and the next day the resort also sent snacks + a very cute apology letter. However, the breakfast buffet was a bit boring, when I stayed for 3 nights, the buffet didn't change any dishes, maybe because the time I went with few guests, the kitchen didn't make a variety of dishes? The resort is quite far from Da Nang city center, near Hoi An, convenient to relax, move to Hoi An to play more.
