It was a great vacation for our family. We really enjoyed the location, water slides, and multiple pools. We had a family suite with a private pool and it was great to swim at anytime. The al carte restaurants were outstanding. We didn't have high expectations for buffet style meals but they were great as well. The only suggestion would be glass for quests to take away from the bar. I understand the need to protect the pool surfaces so this probably isn't possible, but had to provide something as a critique. Great experience and beautiful property. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!

Really nice hotel which was let down by management deciding to start shutting down the resort for the end of season half way through our stay. Two of the three non-buffet restraints had closed 3 days before our departure . Spin and other classes finished 4 days before our departure.

Very stylish, looks like new. Extensive large pool are and the beach. Food was amazing and there are 4 restaurants for dinning. We loved the Asian restaurant, very high quality. Overall great holidays!

The spa was lovely. Very underused which was great for us.

I felt like I died and went to heaven. This resort was the perfect ending to our time on Crete. The staff were abundant and went above and beyond. There was always an option and abundance of food and premium drinks available. I would highly recommend. Excellent resort for families with children and teens.

The most beautiful hotel complex I’ve ever stayed at. Great variety of food and drinks. Staff accommodating and friendly. Loads of space - never an issue finding a sunbed. Would stay again in a heartbeat !!

We recently stayed at Euphoria Resort in Crete, and it was an incredible experience. We had one of the VIP beachfront rooms (without a pool), and the views were absolutely stunning. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a busy day with our two small girls. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making sure we always felt taken care of. There were lots of families staying at the resort, which made it feel even more comfortable and welcoming for our kids. I can’t say enough good things about this resort—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip, and I would absolutely consider returning in the future when we go back to Greece. If I had to mention two small things (though they’re not really complaints), it would be that in May, the water was still too cold to fully enjoy swimming, both in the pools and the ocean. The other thing was the food. Like many all-inclusive resorts, there were definitely some meals that were better than others, but overall, we were happy with what was offered. All in all, I highly recommend Euphoria Resort if you’re planning a trip to Crete!
