I loved how they greeted us with cold apple juice and that they had amazing free breakfast in the morning. Excellent location too.

A beautiful hotel is the old town. The staff were very helpful and nice. Our room was wonderful and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great location, loved the sea view terrace suite , old town and all key sightseeing in the City nearby, staff was fantastic, particularly Francesca, many good nearby including across the alley, boat tour of three to five islands was very nice.

This is a great hotel with a wonderful staff that cares about its guests. It is a lovely old town and a great place to relax as well as visit nearby Krka National Park and other sites. We had a great visit.

Staff were very helpful and provided support with my mobility difficulties. I was treated with respect. Thank you The hotel is very good breakfast fresh and great range of options

Right in the heart of old town and the hotel is small but absolutely immaculate. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The reason we loved our stay so much was Bau and Kent. I don’t think I have ever stayed at a place where we were so well looked after. They went above and beyond and ere so helpful. The only negative with this property is they don’t provide any parking options so you have to park at the underground car park at the library and it is extremely expensive. That was a shock to get charged so much for parking. But once again thank you Bau and Kent - we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was small and close to everything we wanted to see. Restaurants were great and location really was perfect. Per typical old town Croatia, there was no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs and then back down. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. The bathrooms were well stocked, so were the rooms. It was very modern and very clean. Very comfortable. We rented the romantic room with terrace and hot tub. The hot tub took about 5 hours to heat, so i recommend getting that going first, go to dinner, perfect for evening looking down upon the town and looking at the stars.

The most uncomfortable part of the hotel was that it used too much technology to control everything. Getting up to use the bathroom in the night made it hard just to turn on the light. Otherwise beautiful. Toilet did not work.

Be warned there are stairs to get up to the hotel and then no elevator but the trek is worth it. The room was very nicely laid out, even has a remote for all the lights. Breakfast was good and the service was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Location is a few blocks from the waterfront and right in the center of downtown. Surrounded by shopping and restaurants, and just a 5 minute walk to the cathedral. We travel with our rolling luggage, which was very difficult with all the steps and were exhausted ending with the flights of stairs in the hotel (no elevator). Check in reception was pleasant and helpful, spoke great English. We felt a warm welcome by being presented with a welcome drink of choice. We ate a late lunch and breakfast at the hotel, and was disappointed in the service, particularly with wait timing, but the food was delicious and worth the amount paid. If you need parking, call ahead and reserve. We we stuck paying a meter for the duration of our stay which was an inconvenience. Lastly, the room was exactly as pictured. A full queen sized bed, smart room with a tablet to control the lights, tv, etc. A modern bathroom, stocked mini bar, desk, and extras like a toiletry kit and sewing kit. Room was perfect and comfortable minus the low functioning AC unit. Being from the US we were pretty hot and would have liked the room to get more cool.

Sibenik was an intermediate stop while my wife and I were hopping the Croatian coast. But it turns out to be an unexpected surprise. The town square is small but authentic, and the locals we're friendly. The staff at the King were terrific, and they seemed to genuinely enjoy helping us. The hotel itself seems to be recently renovated, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and even a bit luxurious. As with all Croatian coast towns, you will have to walk a few minutes to the hotel. But if you are planning a trip to the area, I recommend this place. Drop in, enjoy the staff at the hotel, have a drink on the square outside and watch the locals pass by.

Wir waren Anfangs Juni im Hotel, und es war hervorragend! Wunderbares kleines Hotel mitten in der Allstadt, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, geschmackvoll ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, wunderbare Lage, gutes Frühstück… ich kann es nicht genug loben. Klare Empfehlung, wir werden wieder kommen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

A residence converted as a hotel. No elevator, just walk up. Facilities are modern with electronic controls.
