Good location.

Perfect location for walking in old Graz. Very friendly helpful staff. Our room with a view was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quiet. Excellent breakfasts. Plenty of restaurants nearby for other meals. Good value.

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. But the bed is hard and air conditioning did not cool the room.

Wonderful hotel - exceeded expectations on all fronts - crisp, clean, spacious modern room with ample storage, a fridge ( v important for me) warm lighting, beautiful bathroom, lovely soaps, shampoos etc great coffee - but above all, the staff were quite exceptional - helpful far beyond the call of duty - highly recommended

Clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, nice lobby area to work in, nice location in centre of Graz, which is a lovely place.

The hotel was nice and the room was good. Location was great. The only criticism i have was the breakfast was very under par. There were not enough coffee cups. Much of the food was running out and not being replenished. I would rate it 5/10, definitely not worth the €23 they charged.

Overall ok. Breakfast was good.

Ein rund um sehr gutes Hotel! Ich habe mich absolut wohl gefühlt und alle Mitarbeiter:innen sind sehr freundlich uns hilfsbereit. Hier fühlt man sich wirklich als Gast. Zudem ist die Lage 1A für einen Städtetrip!

Location and staff were great, but A/C did not work properly. It could not bring room temperature below 22

Great hotel, right in the center of Graz. Clean and modern amenities and very friendly staff. Our room had a great view of the clock tower.

Great breakfast close to and convenient to many things and attractions just perfect for us. Would recommend it highly.
