Super stay, room was compact, but clean & modern. Spa was super, can understand what people have extended stays.

The Property is well maintained and we had a very large room with a balcony and beautiful view. The breakfast was extensive and well prepared. The highlight of the trip was the reception staff who checked us in. He was by far the most hospitable, kind helpful and welcoming person I've ever met in all my travels. I would return to this hotel for this lovely human! Thank you form making a weekend break with a dear friend so memorable.

the shower in the room is very cramped, it is very difficult to turn around for a medium-sized dada

The location is perfect, room was clean and had a nice view. But these are not the things makes a good property. If you think about the price of the room, breakfast was not good at all. I didnt recognize while making res, check out time is 10, it really doesnt make sense and if you want until 12 which is regular check out for most of properties, they want you to pay for it. When we are checking in, we were faced with the same approach, we wanted to give luggage first, receptionist said c-in is at 2! They took our luggage ofcourse, but this is service industry and service is more important than anything else.

Hotel is renovated, rooms are small but comfortable. Service could be better as for everything in this hotel you have to pay. It's medical spa 4* but you have to pay for slippers and bathrobes, swimming pool and steaming rooms. I understand that for spa treatments you pay but for basic pool or sauna you shouldnt, nor for slippers or bathrobes which are standard in other hotels. Breakfast is excellent and big choice..

Hotel is renovated and rooms are modern. However, I found service at the reception not as nice as in the other hotels in Karlove Vary. It feels that the hotel is orientated on making money. They charge for everything, slippers, bathrobes even that they offer pool and spa facilities. Other 4 star hotels have slippers and bathrobes in their rooms as standard. Rooms are very small but modern. I found single bed big enough to sleep comfortable but short for tall person. Breakfast choice excellent. Prices for spa services very expensive.Excellent location.

It was a relaxing and restoring stay. I wish we would have known to reserve treatments when we made hotel reservations.

Right in the heart of Karlovy Vary. Great sauna and pool, tasty buffet breakfast. Tearoom is a nice touch, you can try different teas.

Parking is a pain, and so is finding this place!!!!

We were only going to stay one night but ended up staying three. They were very friendly and helpful to us.

Nice hotel in the center of Karlovy Vary, very convinient

It is old 3 star hotel with no AC. The location is perfect , everything is close. The breakfast is good and tearoom is very pleasant. The team was friendly and you can have nice big variety medical treatment inside and mineral water outside .

No Air condition , Inside the room it's a vase very hot inside the hotel also very hard because no work and condition

The rooms were a bit worn down, but the location was amazing. Breakfast was varied and tasty, but because we were not using the spa facilities we got grouped onto 3 tables with other "not-spa" guests. We were paying guests and should have had the courtesy of a table as well. You should keep in mind this is a medical spa and as a result, many guests appear to be in poor health.

Our stay was surprisingly good, room was comfortable, location great, staff friendly. Breakfast was good with a choice warm dishes
