The team at Domus Zamittello are amazing and wicked attentive! The breakfast was above and beyond with a wonderful mix of speedy and leisurely food options- their fresh squeezed orange juice was our favorite throughout our stay. The room was complete with all that we needed for our stay and then some! Given it is located right in the heart of Valleta, it was easy to get to public transport (bus, ferry, and ride share for sure since that was what we used) that made our exploration so much easier. Overall, would definitely stay again! Thank you, Domus Zamittello team for making our travels so easy!

Wonderful location and the staff was amazing during our stay at the Domus Zamittello! Customer service seems at the heart of their approach with everything from restaurant reservations to personalized service at the breakfast table. Really a wonderful experience. The hotel is very comfortable and well appointed and our room has everything we could want.

What a wonderful place. A fantastic hotel which was a quiet haven in the middle of busy Valetta. The staff and service were the best we’ve ever had anywhere! So attentive and helpful. We particularly loved the fact that the senior managers took the time to speak to guests at breakfast each morning, asking them about their plans for the day and making suggestions on places to visit. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel is simply stunning. The rooms were outstanding. The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom had wonderful Penhaligon toiletries and the room was so quiet.

Location was perfect. The staff were super helpful and so nice. But also the hotel was very well maintained and such great features. Highly recommend

Central location meant the rooms overlooking the pedestrian road could be a bit noisy. Excellent staff gave positive assistance with itineraries and generally couldn’t have been more helpful. I enjoyed breakfast from an extensive menu being served to me for a change. We found a marvellous restaurant (Giannini) 10 minutes walk from the hotel which was quiet, great food and view - we went back 4 nights. Malta itself was a great venue but the advent of cruise ships disgorging hundreds for the day makes these places more difficult to enjoy. We experienced the same on Madeira. This small, intimate hotel is an absolute gem! The staff is kind and attentive. The interior is gorgeous. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The manager, Moul, stops by each table at breakfast to ask how you are doing and if you need any help with your plans for the day. He gave me great advice regarding transportation and how best to plan my days of sightseeing. Although it is on the busy Republic Street, once you are inside the doors, you are in a different world. I was not bothered by any street noise in my room. Overall, a wonderful experience. Be sure to read up on the history of the hotel before your stay. You'll be very impressed. If you're looking for old world charm and impeccable service, do not miss the opportunity to stay in this lovely hotel!

Lovely stay as a solo female traveller. Great breakfast and perfect location. Only thing missing is access to a pool. My room had an interior courtyard view, but was lovely. Bathroom is a bit cramped but has all of the necessities. No compliants. Staff was excellent.

What a wonderful boutique hotel centrally located in Valletta. The room & bath was so spacious and I made good use of the terrace with views of the city. Everyone was so helpful and I appreciated the small gym which I used a few times during my stay. I would recommend this as a place to stay. Just a note to call ahead before your arrival so they can arrange to have someone meet you about a block away to help bring luggage in. Taxis and cars can not stop in front of the hotel.

The staff was absolutely amazing every step of the way. All employees were great and so nice. The place was so beautiful and would definitely recommend staying here. I’ll go back if I get the chance!
