Perfect location and great hotel and staff. Would definitely stay here again!

It was an excellent stay.

Excellent customer service, attention to detail and extraordinary Buffett breakfast managed by charming Hotel Director and Ona, always smiling and going the extra mile to made me feel cared. I would also like to mention the very nice bartender Luis, he always smiled as well and helped us to get more candy by the reception area, he noticed we were wondering around and approached us immediately from his station to us, what a Gentleman. Very please with the hotel and all staff and will recommend it 100%

It was a wonderful breakfast

Great location for rail users. Hotel was quiet despite being so close to the tracks. Good beds and room size. Downside was no restaurant service on Sunday and trek back to the centre to get anything to eat. Service staff helpful.

The staff were without exception courteous and polite. The room was spotless, spacious and very quiet. An added bonus was the close proximity to Antwerp Station (though you would never know it) as we were travelling by train. All in all a great stay.

Nice hotel, but be aware of the restrictive opening hours of the facilities: the bar was only open from 4pm on Saturday, and 6pm on Sunday, so we couldn't really have an arrival drink or spend time there. Breakfast closes at 10am, but the staff were asking people to leave at 9.45am.

Great stay! Nice room, friendly staff, and good decor.

My only complaint is that the hotel did not restock the mini fridge and potato chips every day. I had to call about this after the first night and then it was still lacking the other nights.

Beautiful interior, lovely lounge area and bar. Fabulous room with enormous bed. Great shower. Ideal location - very close to central station, shops, diamonds.

I wanted to spend the weekend in Antwerp and looked for convenience. I did not expect to find one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at recently. This was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to staying here any time my travels bring me back to Antwerp!

Love this hotel, right next to central station, so convenient if you going to take the train or just walk around the city. Room is big and clean love it

Lack of communication.

Great hotel, fantastic staff!

Best thing--and this is a serious good--is the nearness to the central train station. Good to land in if you're just staying over between trains. Other than that, not much reason to stay here. Room just okay; price of the hotel breakfast shockingly, ridiculously high; neighborhood not appealing, a combo of cheap chain stores in opulent buildings and the kind of "wrong side of the tracks" seediness. But: so conveniently close to that station.

The staff were most helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and delicious, though they never had black tea, for some reason. The room was clean and most comfortable. The hotel's location does require a rather long walk to use the public transportation system but it is excellent for train services.
