Great location near the train station and a clean hotel. My only gripe was the shower water pressure which repeatedly went from fair to poor to nothing. Other than inconsistent water pressure, it was a decent hotel.

Super happy with our 5-day stay here! Very clean and comfy hotel, great room and really nice bed. Unbeatable location 3 mins from the central station and 6 mins from a shopping street with tons of restaurants and shops. Also sound proof rooms. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful hotel just a hop from the station. It has this amazing scent which is truly relaxing. Reception staff and cleaners were wonderful people. Room was beautiful and comfy. Loved this place:

Nice ambiance and good staff

Our second stay at this hotel located opposite Antwerp Central Station. The room was spacious and spotless and the public areas inviting. On our last night a “open access “ party at an adjacent property caused considerable noise pollution in our room, the house manager responded quickly and offered us an alternative room on the opposite side of the premises and on a higher floor which we were happy to accept. We would be happy to stay here again for a third visit.

Wonderful hotel

Very convenient location just steps from the Antwerp Central Train Station and within 1-2, 4-5 blocks of food and entertainment, including China Town. Looking to stay here again in the near future.

What caused us frustration and dissatisfaction was the fact that the hotel did not offer room service or restaurant service on Sundays, precisely the day when businesses are closed

Absolutely first class from the time we entered. Only stayed one night but everything was perfect. Loved the slippers as I hate walking around barefoot! Even Martini & Gin available for breakfast, sadly didn't participate. Thank you, this hotel is a credit to your company. X

This hotel is conveniently close to Antwerp Central Station and all main tourist attractions. Check in was very easy and efficient. The room was very clean and we were to the rear of the property so it was very quiet. The bed was just divine. So comfortable and a great size. Great selection at breakfast with freshly cooked options available. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The breakfast here is the best I’ve ever had while traveling. It surpassed some of the large breakfast buffets in Vegas (in my opinion). The breakfast options are plenty and the room the buffet is in, is stunning. We also love the bar. The area outside the hotel can be sketchy at night and the TV channel options can definitely be better. Perhaps it’s time to upgrade to smart tv’s. Other than that the staff is helpful and friendly and the room itself- while not the best I’ve had - was clean and comfortable

Better than expected. The exterior of the hotel looks rather austere and the neighbourhood is quite plain, however once inside it is all fine, even if the décor is a little quirky. Our particular room was a little smaller than we had anticipated. Dinner and breakfast were good.

Ok stay. Arrived after check-in time but room wasn’t ready — seemed to be a pattern with others waiting in the lobby. Room was clean, staff friendly. But room not ready and no attempt to rectify this means I can’t in good conscience recommend a stay here.
