Decor & staff were excellent

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was so quirky and full of things to look at! You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the decor. The lobby area was welcoming and spacious, a nice space to hang out and have a drink. The staff were helpful and polite. The room was clean, extremely comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us - about a 35 min walk to the Emirates Stadium, where we went to see a concert. I’d definitely stay here again. I wish all hotels were this awesome! The one negative was the service in the restaurant. There were only 5 tables filled (including us) and the wait for service and food was ridiculous. That said, the cocktails were lovely and the food was very nice, when it eventually arrived!

The hotel has a stylish, quirky charm and the rooms are lovely overall. However, there were a few small issues that could be improved. The coffee mugs provided were too tall to fit under the Nespresso machine, and there were no complimentary snacks like small biscuits typically found near the kettle, which felt like a missed touch. One of the main inconveniences was the wardrobe light, which wouldn’t turn off and emitted light throughout the night. The lamps in the room also aren’t connected to a central switch, so you have to walk around to turn off all three individually. The pillows were far too soft and flimsy for my liking — while I appreciate that the bed had six pillows (perhaps a bit excessive), I would have preferred at least one medium-support option. The hotel did offer a complimentary 1-hour late check-out, and everything else during the stay was pleasant. Just a note: the entrance is tucked away on a side street rather than the main road, which could be a bit confusing on arrival. That said, for what I paid — nearly £270 for one night — I’d probably stay elsewhere next time

Very clean and nice welcoming place. We were happy to return back every day to nhow hotel. I liked the coffee and tea available in the room. Comfy beds. Large shower.

Fantastic hotel that had fab details from the bedroom doors to the glassware in the rooms . Staff were excellent so friendly however we didn’t realise that booing breakfast at check in had a discount and we would have booked it . Amenities in room were excellent just need a wine glass , but that was available to order . A stunning new hotel and would recommend

Customer care didn’t to help with booking issue despite being part of a larger booking of lots of rooms for 3 nights, nice hotel but bad customer care

Great location! Friendly staff and we loved having a restaurant right there in the hotel! Pamela was the besttttt ever!!

Really enjoyed my stay, everything was excellent, loved the toiletries and the shower was amazing. Plenty of desk space for working and good lighting.

Quirky decoration, but definitely not the usual corporate decor. Enjoyed the stay and was a talking point too.

Lovely hotel. Very modern and clean and the decor of the whole hotel was great. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Quirky, fun, spacious

This is one of the most unique hotels I've ever stayed in. Pricey, but so very worth it. The food was great, the room was comfortable, and it was easy to get a ride/bike anywhere I needed to go. The staff were nice and theres so many fun things to see just on the entrance alone. Great for a long weekend stay

the hotel is lovely, the rooms superb, and the staff wonderful - what more could you ask for!

Rooms are fine, although aircon was underpowered and there was a sign in the lift that they were "doing their best to cool rooms" which hints that it was affecting the whole hotel not just my room. Otherwise hotel is nice and perfectly comfortable, a little off the beaten track though

No nonsense hotel, staff can be slow and check in is laborious but rooms good, quiet and in a convenient location.
