for the standard okay. But when you order an interconnecting room but can't get it with the reason that it has to be deluxe. even though we have previously ordered, not deluxe but can get an interconnecting room.
if you really can't set the check in and check out times, Traveloka should not convey that option. because it cannot be fulfilled by the hotel.

Clean, big and nice room.
Previously chatted to the reservation regarding whether the TV was smart or not, the reservation replied that it was already a smart TV, when it arrived, the TV was not smart.
The restaurant service during room service was less than satisfactory because they were not friendly when answering my questions regarding menu details.
The food came quickly.
Security and reception staff were very friendly.

1. The water is dark brown, like untreated well water. 2. The toilet is not smooth when flashed. 3. The restaurant is queued during breakfast, I was asked to wait about 15 minutes outside (in front of the receptionist). I think for that price it is very inappropriate. I stayed on May 11, 2025 studio room type.
