Upon our direct inspection, we discovered that the linens in question—the sheets and duvet cover—were indeed stained quite heavily in several areas, mostly from chocolate-based foods. To restore them to their original clean condition, a special chemical was used. However, despite the cleaning process, the stains remained, making the linens unusable, as it would lower the quality and cleanliness standards we maintain for all our guests.
