the staff is friendly...fast when checkout room comfortable recommended..deh..

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the swimming pool is spacious and has cold and hot water pool facilities, the rooms are clean and comfortable, even the children feel at home in the room.

The service is quite good Improve the service again And the reps should smile more…

It was a great time at the Pacific Hotel.

Only 1 minor issue, my room TV & remote not function so cannot watch TV programme. Overall all good.

It was quite pleasant and comfortable to stay at this hotel.

The room and facilities are nice. The shower is not that great. The water pressure is too weak. Really hard to take a proper shower.

When I stayed there, I got a room with no view, I couldn't see the city lights or the sea, so it wasn't very impressive with the family.

A highly recommended hotel for family vacations, safe, comfortable, close to everywhere, great breakfast.

The hotel is unique. But the rooms are old. Then the breakfast is quite complete. There is a gym and swimming pool.
