The hotel has a sultan's vibe from its time. Some renovations are underway, and hopefully, they'll be finished soon. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning is cool. The food in the restaurant is basic but delicious. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The room is really dirty, especially the floor, the feet are black. If you don't wear sandals in the room, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for months. The food variations every time you stay here are just the same.

The Deluxe Suite is very spacious for two people. Breakfast is good, with a wide variety. The location has direct beach access, so you can go back and forth. It's just under renovation, right? Some buildings look damaged. Hopefully, they'll be repaired soon so we can take photos from the beach with a good view of the hotel.

The hotel is an old building... but it's still nice, even though some of the buildings look neglected. But I was happy to get a family room, which turned out to be very spacious. The hotel also offers comfort. Unfortunately, the beach view doesn't live up to expectations. It's like a market, with vendors going back and forth (pushing) to offer their wares and buskers. So, you won't be able to find peace while on the beach.

It needs a lot of renovation. It's very old and feels haunted. Refresh it immediately so Marbela can return to its glory days like it was 10 years ago.

Even though it's creepy, it's comfortable, nice, and quite clean.

The room is dirty, the kettle looks like it was used for noodles, there are noodles in it, which means the person who cleaned the room wasn't careful... the TV channels aren't clean either...

From the outside, the hotel looks old, but once you enter the room, it exceeds your expectations... the room is spacious... clean... cool... comfortable... the balcony has a beach view... the service is good and friendly... the food is quite tasty and varied... the beach access and swimming pool are quite spacious... satisfying...

interesting and suitable for family vacations

The location is strategic, across from the hotel there are 3 minimarkets, if you book a room only, you don't have to worry because there are many breakfast sellers across from the hotel, even though the hotel is old, the room is comfortable and the facilities are complete, there is a sofa bed and a small refrigerator that can fit a lot, the beach is also clean and there are no corals, the swimming pool is also large, it is very suitable for a family staycation

The hotel atmosphere is comfortable near the beach, coincidentally the room we got was right facing the beach, so the view was really beautiful

I was initially hesitant and worried about booking a room at this hotel after reading previous reviews. However, I decided to book it because I believe no one intentionally provides poor service and facilities to guests in this industry. 1. The location is very strategic and easily accessible. It's also close to a minimarket and restaurants. There's a beautiful beach with soft, gently sloping sand behind the hotel, offering a variety of beach attractions. We can access the beach through the back door without paying an entrance fee. 2. The building and facilities. I admit this hotel must have been grand and luxurious back then, but it's currently in disrepair. This only detracts from the aesthetic value, as we weren't forced to stay in damaged facilities. Therefore, we only booked rooms that were truly reliable and suitable. We stayed in a fairly spacious room with a connecting door, making it easy to supervise the children. The room was equipped with a living room and a balcony with views of the beach, as well as a TV with various channels. The air conditioning was also working well and cool. There was a bathtub with hot water. So, because not all rooms are reliable, it feels like guests live far apart, which has its pros and cons. I think this makes the rooms quieter. However, with such a large building, it can be a bit quiet. Management is also currently renovating, and there are under construction signs, which I really appreciate. 3. The staff and personnel are experienced and friendly. Check-in and check-out were also easy. 4. We also enjoyed breakfast at El Patio. The food was quite humble yet great-tasting. It felt like homey food cooked by our own mom. The presentation is simple but the taste is truly delicious. There are also stalls offering chicken porridge, green bean porridge, waffles made to order, an egg corner, and fried snacks. Hopefully, it will last and be even better when we return.

Nice, comfortable, near the beach, busy, near places to eat and eat.

One of the destinations that won't make you tired, because it's all in one location: hotel and beach.😁
