Good service and comfortable

For those who say this is haunted, where is it? Not at all. It's very family-friendly. It's bustling with visitors, and the breakfast is quite varied. When I visited, there were even three companies having a family gathering here. The service was excellent, even when the room I booked was sold out, I got a FREE ROOM UPGRADE. Thank you to the hotel for their policy. The revitalization and renovation process is still ongoing, so please understand. I hope this hotel will be even more recommended in the next 1-2 years. Good price, good service. My suggestion for the future: I hope there will be a shaded area, like a canopy, for motorcycle parking to protect from rain and sun. I also hope there will be a pedestrian area with a shaded roof from the car/motorcycle parking area so guests can be more comfortable in inclement weather. Thanks

Overall it's good, the hotel food is delicious, the staff is also very helpful, but no one helped me with my room request and I also got a room with a super dirty floor and dusty furniture :(((

The room was quite comfortable, but the cleanliness could be improved a bit. The staff was very friendly and responsive. God willing, I'll come back here again if I have the chance. 🥰

It's a bit spooky at night because it's so quiet due to the weekday holidays, not because of anything else. The building is also old, so there are a lot of renovations going on.

The hotel is indeed a very old building. The items inside also seem old. I asked for a double bed, but was given two single beds. In the end, I had to downgrade the room to get a double bed. They said they would compensate me with an extra bed, but in fact, the extra bed wasn't delivered until check out. As for the food, overall it was delicious and had a wide variety.

The staff are friendly, even the repairmen are friendly, it's just that maybe the repairs are not done when it's busy, so access is limited, the elevator is only working 1 cm, overall it's comfortable even though the hotel is old, the remaining repairs are in front of the hotel, the iron covering the fins should be tidied up, access to the sea is free, so you can stay and play in the sea fin. The swimming pool is also still functioning well, only the women's changing room, please make it bigger

Overall, it's good. Just please pay attention to the room's fragrance because it still smells of cigarettes when you check in. The staff service is TOP BGT 10/10 stars😍.

Good location, the room is as per the photo, but there is something missing, the bathroom has not been renovated, it is not the same as the photo, but overall it is okay. The condition of the building is lacking touch-ups, still with the old one.

Room cleanliness needs to be improved, the extra bed was uncomfortable. There was a rat in the bathroom, but fortunately it didn't interfere with getting out of the bathroom. The water hose leaked, making the bathroom floor muddy and uncomfortable. The hotel atmosphere was fine, the beach was beautiful, and there were plenty of games available for rent. Breakfast was delicious and had quite a lot of choices. So far, it's comfortable, except for the cleanliness of the room, the rat problem, and the leaking water hose, which need to be addressed and fixed.

This hotel should be nice, but because it's quite old, it really needs a lot of improvements. The service upon arrival was excellent, and when there were problems, assistance was quick. I feel like the hotel has tried its best, although it does feel like it needs to be changed immediately considering the many visible damages in several areas. But I must be honest, with the current conditions in Anyer, it's not as busy as it used to be, which makes major renovations difficult. At a price of 1.6 million rupiah including VAT, even though it looks spacious, I still don't feel comfortable in the hotel room. Hopefully, this hotel can continue to improve and become even newer... keep up the good work.

The hotel is good, but you have to ask for the things that are lacking, such as mineral water and towels.

Not as scary as some of the older reviews. The hotel is easy to get to. Because the building is old and the new management is still renovating, it's a bit dusty. The current room size is commensurate with the price paid. The twin bed wasn't comfortable to sleep in, and there was a slight smell of old bedding. The furniture is a bit old, the floor is sticky, and the extra bed wasn't clean. It's recommended that the sink drain be equipped with an odor-reducing device. Hopefully, the hotel's facilities will be cleaner and relatively new in the future. Overall, it's suitable for families and those on a tight budget who don't require impressive hotel amenities. It was a truly delightful experience staying at the Marbella Place Hotel in a spacious 2-Bedroom Executive Suite. The hotel's location is strategic and offers exclusive access to a pristine, coral-free beach. Marbella offers a varied breakfast, befitting a 4-5 star hotel. My family and I will return to Marbella if we have the opportunity to visit Anyer. Thank you, Marbella, and best wishes for continued success.

The hot water in the bathroom is good and the flow is strong, the terrace can see the beach, the beach area is gentle with waves that are not big, and it is not too crowded. There are sellers selling cilok, meatballs, etc. around the beach at standard prices. Across from the hotel there are also many places to eat, starting from fried rice for 15k, Padang rice with chicken for 22k to fish soup restaurants

There's always an upgrade with every visit. I come here every three months, and it's getting brighter and cleaner. Awesome.
