This is a really satisfying hotel, the rooms are very clean, the AC works well and is very cold, the staff are friendly and the hotel is well served until you arrive at the room.

The only minus is the smelly and flooded toilet.

friendly staff and smooth check out/in process, comfortable restaurant, there is a gym and swimming pool which is very fun for children.. The most important thing is that it is in the middle of the city, very close to Bekapai Park and Balikpapan Plaza, you can walk everywhere.. highly recommended

The hotel is okay, but yesterday I only stayed there to sleep and eat. So I didn't really explore the hotel facilities. Had to go home at dawn. The staff service was also okay, I'll go there again next time.

Fast check in process and good facilities within budget with shopping center. Room is clean but no bath mat.

The staff was very responsive and helpful to us who stayed there for more than a week with the kids. The room was very spacious and the location was close to everything in the city center. Unfortunately the bathroom needs some work, the bathroom door was a bit old and the shower didn't work properly.

The breakfast is quite good, the service is a bit slow, I had to call twice just to ask for a doormat, but other than that it's comfortable, quiet, and close to Bekapai Park.

My child and I were very happy to have a holiday at the Mega Lestari Hotel because the price was affordable and it was equipped with a swimming pool. It is highly recommended for those who want to have a holiday with their family.
