Got a room far away and had to climb stairs carrying things, the bathroom flooded and there were cockroaches.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, I was satisfied. It was a fun stay with the family, and the kids enjoyed the clean pool.

The water tastes like it has oil in it, especially the hot water. It feels sticky on your hands because it's oily.

The room is large for a 300,000 Rupiah room. There are two elevators, both of which work. The water tends to smell of chlorine, so those with sensitive skin might be wary. The hot water is hot. Despite being close to the mosque, we didn't hear much of the noise during our stay. The room's soundproofing is also good; my sister couldn't hear the sound of her hairdryer from outside. There's a pool that looked clean. There was live music in the breakfast hall, which was quite audible from the 4th floor. Perhaps due to the overcrowding, the cleanliness was a bit off, and it could be improved upon, as we found orange peels on the floor, but overall, it was good. It's worth it.

The staff are all friendly, the hotel smells really good, it's great for a staycation with your beloved family.

I couldn't rest, disturbed by the renovations. It's a shame they had to work at night.

Second time staying here. It was a pleasure. This time we were staying for an event nearby, so we chose Mega Lestari. And it turned out to be the right choice. The service was excellent and friendly. The food was also delicious, although not a wide variety, but thankfully it was sufficient and tasty. The swimming pool was unavailable today due to a wedding. So far, everything is good and enjoyable. Thank you.

This hotel was very comfortable to stay in. It's strategically located near the city center, with friendly service and clean rooms.

The Wi-Fi is not very good, it keeps disconnecting.. This is not a standard side twin room, but it was upgraded upon check-in.

In the city and close to everywhere, the only downside was getting a room without a lift in front of the pool, but luckily I only had to climb the stairs once.

1. If the receptionist doesn't want long lines at check-in, so guests don't get tired of standing and waiting, please give them a queue number so guests don't get suspicious about who came first and cut in line. 2. Since this is your first time booking a standard side wing room, please note that access to the room is via stairs, not the elevator. The bed was nice and comfortable, and even though it's a smoking area, there's no lingering smell of cigarettes. 3. Otherwise, everything is good and standard for those who want to stay overnight and have easy access to everything. Food is also easy to find. This hotel is highly recommended.

I've stayed here more than 4 times and it turns out the service is friendly and the rooms are still clean, good service.
