Please improve this in the future.
1. 5-star hotel, but the pillowcase is torn.
2. Bathroom: Cleaning isn't optimal. The corners of the bathroom still have dirt that needs to be scrubbed.
3. Dirty refrigerator.
Everything else is okay.

More difficult for parking area, please security Hotel more proactive give safety cone at parking area at front of hotel if the basement parking area is full, thanks
