It's nice and great hotel. Clean and staffs very friendly.

The location is in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The TV signal is often lost, the room is not provided with hotel slippers & the lighting in my room is a bit dim. For the service, the staff is okay & very helpful. I only stayed one night so for me this hotel is pretty good with the price offered.

The room is clean because housekeeping never misses cleaning the room every day, the most favorite is the swimming pool 😍, the staff is friendly and the massage place is cheap and comfortable.

Pertama nginap di Baleka. Hotel nya nyaman sekali, karyawan semua nya full senyum dan sangat membantu, ramah-ramah semua. Hotel nya asri banyak pohon dan bunga-bunga. Suasana tenang, cocok buat istirahat. Kamar nya luas. Kamar mandi luas, ada balkon nya. Dekat ke mini mart dan ke pantai double six. Kolam renang bersih. Hari pertama sarapan ke restoran nya lumayan cocok. Hari berikutnya karena ada renovasi jadi sarapan diantar ke kamar. Rekomen banget nginep di sini. Next kalo ke Bali bakal booking hotel ini lagi.

Cool, comfortable for relaxing with family.

We enjoyed our time here. Clean place, good service good food and close the beaches just on foot. Room price is reasonable.

Pengalaman yang menyenangkan, karena nempel dengan Fat Buddha jadi makanannya enak dan harganya masuk akal. Di sini kebanyakan bule-bule. Ke La Planca atau bakso gerobak biru tinggal naik motor lewat potong jalan cuma 4 menit. Padahal nempel sama resto yang ada music tapi suaranya ngga masuk kamar kalau gorden di tutup, canggih banget! Air panasnya bener-bener panas dan mantep banget buat berendam di bathub.

Overall for a nice and beautiful resort atmosphere, it's just that there are shortcomings in room service at the beginning of check-in. But it can be handled quickly by the resort.

Thanks for having me to stay here. I have good experience during my stay. The staff some of them so friendly. I really happy with that. Just need improve for team management because I wanna visit again with new positive and better quality. The hotel was nice and green. I love the garden around. A lot of orchid flowers. So lovely. The restaurant nice and quality breakfast. Just recommended to stay specially when you book plus breakfast. Kind Regards

Great manager hotel and helpful.

So far was okay, only when we arrived our bathroom was leaking on the toilet lucky my husband realized before we settle our luggage, they moved us to better room. We rent 2 rooms for 2 nights & so far was good service & breakfast, worth with the price too

My room smelled bad. When you switch on light in bathroom.. there it smelled like waste water.. WiFi always disconnected .. sun lounger at the pool behind very uncomfortable... I changed the cool water bottles from minibar with warm free bottles: they wanted I charged it because it is another brand.... possible that the new rooms don't have bed smell
