The staff is friendly, and the location is within walking distance of the TP. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

When I go to Surabaya, I always stay at Fave Hotel Mex, maybe 10 times. The location is strategic, close to the airport, just a short walk. The rooms have connecting doors, so the kids are happy. However, the TV is small and blurry, and some rooms don't have windows, maybe the standard ones. If you book, I'd rather have the deluxe room. The breakfast is so-so, lacking variety. Parking access is only on the 3rd floor, parking is limited, and sometimes when there are events, the parking lot is full. Even so, we will still stay at Fave Hotel Mex when we go to Surabaya. Hopefully, the facilities and services will be improved, and the breakfast will be more varied.

A clean and peaceful hotel. Four-star accommodation for guests, and comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms are clean and comfortable for a comfortable stay.

Overall, it's okay because it's close to Tunjungan Plaza, but the price isn't that expensive. However, the AC is noisy, and the room isn't soundproof, so you can still hear outside noise.

Nice experience with its location as the huge plus point. Nice service too, no complaints. If there's anything to fix, maybe renovate the bathroom door so it properly closes the bathroom area and not leaving such a gap? And the lift is so slow...

The room had no windows. The elevator wait was long because there was an event on the 7th floor, so there was a fight with event attendees to use it. The customer service was on the 3rd floor, so it was quite a hassle to get up and down the elevator.

The hotel staff were very friendly. If you're in Surabaya, I highly recommend staying here, as it's within walking distance to Tunjungan.

It was actually quite clean, and the receptionist and security guard were friendly. But I was surprised by the bathroom, which had quite a few gaps. Especially on a staycation with friends, it was a bit awkward.

The location is very strategic in the city center, the rooms are clean, and the price is very affordable. The rooms are comfortable and there's easy access to Tunjungan Plaza. It's a great choice for a budget-friendly stay in Surabaya! A pleasant stay. Reasonably priced and close to many dining options.

The hotel is very close to Tunjungan Mall. Luckily, I got a spacious room at the end, and early check-in was also allowed. The room was clean. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, and the building needs some renovation to make it look less dated. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a budget hotel. 👌

The best hotel I choose every time I go on business to Surabaya. They offer in-room massages. The customer service is also friendly. I was served by Edo and Chevkin was easily prioritized.

As desired, comfortable, clean and pleasant.

The hotel is close to Jalan Tunjungan, with plenty of food vendors nearby. The staff is friendly, the air conditioning is cool, and the bed is clean. There's only a row of used mattresses along the wall leading to my room on the 6th floor, so it feels a bit cluttered.
