I've only checked in briefly, so I can't give much of a review yet. The staff is friendly, the hotel has plenty of rooms, they're quite spacious, and the hot water is running smoothly. Unfortunately, there's no YouTube on the TV.

The location is nice and strategic, but unfortunately the TV can't support YouTube/Netflix, and the room isn't soundproof.

The food choices are standard, even for the main course, the selection is very limited. But everything tastes super delicious! Fresh and delicious. The service at the restaurant is also very prompt, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel has a great location, the place itself is comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service during the stay was good as well. However, the main thing I didn’t like was the bathroom condition. The toilet seat felt loose and shaky, which made it uncomfortable to use, and it also seemed not very clean. I hope the hotel can improve the bathroom maintenance because overall the stay was actually quite pleasant.

The hotel was pleasant because it was close to Kuta Beach. However, the rooms could have been given a choice of double or twin rooms. When we arrived, we were given a twin room, but the staff was kind enough to provide a solution. The balcony we had was marked "closed due to mosquitoes," but it couldn't be opened at all, so we could only enjoy the view from inside.

The room is not soundproof, even a cough from the next room can be heard, and the PVC floor is starting to wear out so it hurts when you step on it.
