I think the hotel's location is good, as it's close to everything. There's a cheap and fast laundry service in front of the hotel. Finding dinner is also very easy, with plenty of delicious options. However, my complaint about the room was addressed but not resolved. There were many small cockroaches in the room, one of which came from the bathroom drain. I've encountered dozens of them in my room. Moving rooms has also had the same problem. Please pay more attention to pest control, and if necessary, call a service to address this issue, considering the hotel's hefty price. The breakfast variety is also quite good, but I found the taste lacking. The fried noodles on some days were underwhelming and inedible. The chicken was also quite tough. The room is quite spacious compared to Amaris hotels in other cities. Hopefully, this complaint will help improve Amaris Pekanbaru.
