The service is very bad, it doesn't accommodate anything, it's not allowed to be noisy and crowded during curfew, it would be better to just make it a dormitory, right?

Got an executive queen room. I brought 2 kids. I already understand that kids have to pay for breakfast. I stayed on the 10th floor. I got a snack-like facility for the afternoon. But what was a bit unpleasant was what the staff said. When I wanted to get food, I was reminded that the food was only for 2 people. Ugh, miss. I also know my place. It's impossible to finish all the snacks there, even though I brought kids. I'm used to having to pay for breakfast.

Thank God, this is the umpteenth time my family and I have stayed here. The hotel is strategically located, clean, and comfortable. All the staff, from the receptionists, waiters, housekeeping staff, pool and sports area staff, and security, are friendly and very helpful. The pool is also comfortable. This was my first time staying at Santika Bogor and I was very pleased with the location. It's centrally located with easy access to everything. It's adjacent to a mall, which is perfect for those of us who enjoy snacking and exploring the local cuisine. It's family-friendly, and the staff are all friendly. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back.

I think the room interior needs an upgrade. The location is already good, right next to the mall. Hopefully, the hotel can be upgraded to a 4-star hotel. You get what you pay for.
