It's suitable for a family vacation

Still fun, but a little advice, if there is maintenance, it is better for guests not to be given a room next to the area that is undergoing maintenance, because the strong smell of paint or thinner enters the room so that we had to evacuate to the swimming pool during lunch time, it was really hot, the next day we were forced to endure the smell in the room because we wanted to rest but even though we were wearing masks, it was still very disturbing, and it lasted for a long time, making me nauseous and dizzy, I often stay here, so I hope it doesn't happen again in the future when I stay again

The hotel staff is friendly, access is easy, the food for breakfast is varied and comfortable.

The hotel is really nice. The lobby is spacious and the rooms are large. The swimming pool is also convenient, as there's a restaurant for parents waiting.

The reception staff named Ina was not friendly in welcoming guests, she seemed grumpy especially when I asked about breakfast time. The receptionist's expression seemed like she didn't like being asked. It's true that when I checked in at night at 10.00 pm, was she tired or what? But she should still be professional at work and provide friendly service.

The service for the 4th floor restaurant only needs to be improved, because my rice took so long to arrive, that the side dishes were cold, I saw that the staff were not too busy, but they were confused going back and forth, how come I had to wait almost 30 minutes for just the white rice

The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable, it just needs renovation, it seems like the toilet is still the old one, it doesn't smell good, the room doesn't smell good either.

The TV is still an old-school TV, hopefully it can be replaced with a SmartTV to make your staycation more enjoyable.
