The hotel is old, but quite nice... but the AC takes a long time to cool and the hot water takes a long time to heat up, so you have to wait a long time to shower. It could use some maintenance; it would be a shame if such a comfortable hotel was better maintained.

Hotel staff during check-in on August 16, 2026, really needs training. The hotel, even though it's full and understaffed, doesn't deserve to inform customers. Arrival at 3 pm after the estimated time should have been immediately checked into the room, but it didn't meet expectations, the room wasn't ready with the excuse that it was fully booked yesterday but it wasn't ready. That's not a good excuse for a hotel, in quotation marks, the lack of people to clean the room was informed to the customer without any apology. After check-in at almost 5 pm, the reservation was for two rooms. The first room was okay. The second room had a leaking AC. The technician was okay, very good, responsive, and immediately repaired it. And suggested changing rooms because even though it had been repaired, it still leaked. Very good initiative. The breakfast was very good, with a complete menu. Please train the check-in and check-out staff.
