Arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM and couldn't check in because the room wasn't ready yet. I asked the receptionist and was told it would be ready in about an hour. Huhuuu even though check-in time is 2:00 PM🙏🏼

At first, I got rooms without exhaust in the bathrooms. Then they moved us to other rooms. My last two nights, I asked for a room at the highest floor, then I got it, but the AC was not working well and the exhaust was very loud. I don’t understand why they sell the rooms that are not appropriate. A bathroom without exhaust creates bad odor and heat.

I stayed here for 5 nights with 2 bookings, first I got room number 200, the room was all ok even though there was a request for twin beds but there were none, then I moved to room 216, when I opened the shower the water smelled of sewage, every time I opened the shower for the first time it would smell unless it had been opened for a long time, I'm sorry I often stay here but in my opinion the hotel is getting worse, the pool water is dirty, cloudy, and during my stay the swimming pool was not cleaned and no water was added so the water became dirty until it was murky.....

It was a cool hotel while in Bangka, and I will always stay here when I go to Bangka.

The hotel staff is very friendly, close to the airport and downtown Pangkal Pinang, the surrounding views are also very nice.

Overall everything is okay, a little input about the restaurant service during breakfast which is very uncomfortable, it is according to the rules using the pax breakfast quota for 2 people, entering the breakfast room is also 2 people, and taking the amount of food and drinks as appropriate for 2 people, just happened to meet another family who was also having an event at this hotel, some people who are children who wanted to have a drawing competition there which happened to be the drawing area next to the breakfast area, I took the initiative to invite them to sit together while they were waiting for the competition schedule to chat, I offered to join in breakfast by adding a pax breakfast but after tasting a little fried rice from my plate they said no need because they didn't have the appetite, but suddenly a restaurant waiter came to the table and asked from which room, which in my opinion is no longer necessary to ask the table when guests are eating because in front of them when they entered they had confirmed which room, and told me that every food that has entered the mouth will still be charged, his words were very uncomfortable and inappropriate for a service person to issue, and the rules were too rigid, there was a little argument. In my entire life I have never experienced an incident like this in any hotel, please reprimand if the guest is not following the rules for example going back and forth taking food in large quantities and sneaking other guests who are not included in the pax, clearly I only have 2 glasses, 2 plates of fried rice, 1 plate of cake and only 1 plate of fruit, please input so that small things like that are more noticed but have a big effect on consumers so they are no longer in the mood to enjoy breakfast. Comfortable for those who staycation in a quiet and comfortable location

We stayed on New Year's Eve in a junior suite, not expecting the room to be so different from the previous ones we stayed in. This room was a bit outdated. Not to mention when we wanted to use the kettle, it was really dirty 😭 which was already bad. Even though we stayed in the same room before, it was fine, the kettle was still good and clean, this time it was terrible. The kettle was no longer suitable. Not to mention when we woke up in the morning, we wanted to open the curtain, but it came off, luckily we didn't get hit. How is your maintenance?

The hotel staff is quite friendly. I've stayed at this hotel several times. My last stay was about 6 years ago. I think it's time for a renovation. The bathroom walls are starting to crack, and the pool area's flooring is getting a bit worn, making it look poorly maintained. It would be a shame if renovations weren't done sooner, as a few years ago, it felt like a luxury hotel. The room needs attention because the furniture is dusty. The towels are clean and white. The pillows have a slight unpleasant odor. On the first night, the odor wasn't noticeable because it was masked by the perfume. However, on the second night, the odor became more noticeable, especially when the AC was turned down/off. The bedroom is also not soundproof. So if someone runs or plays in the hallway or in the front room, it's very audible, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Vacation here with family and children is very happy, can swim as much as you like, the shower area has towels, don't forget to bring shampoo and soap from the hotel room to the shower area. Then, the food has many variations and the taste is really good, not inferior to Novotel, cool, friendly and responsive service, my 3 year old and 5 year old children are free to enter to be creative even though they only eat fried rice that I take and feed, usually 4 star hotels are annoying because children are not allowed to enter even though they are not like us adults who eat large portions, basically here is recommended for families, we are from Palembang and have a taste for the food, next time we come back here on the weekend.
