Nice place for stay, Good breakfast.

The best villa dan semua pegawainya sangat ramah. Pelayanan terbaik dan makanannya enak. Berhubung suamiku senang dengan animal dan monyet di sekitar monkey forest sudah tau jam 2 feeding dan dateng ke tempat kami (pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan).

The hotel is really cool. At first I was a bit confused because it was located inside, once I entered it turned out to be wow. The atmosphere is very calm. I am very happy to be upgraded to a free villa, thank you, royal Kamuela and traveloka, really recommended, the private pol, the jacuzzi is really big. Anyway, I will come back here if I go to Bali again.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable but a lot of monkeys in the lobby area in the morning.

The staff is their strong selling points, they very humble, sincere and helpful. From the check in with ms Pande, escort by the butler (sorry I forgot the name), breakfast service by the FB team, thanks to bapak (sorry I forgot his name) that given us best surprise during my husbands birthday on our last day before checking out. The Staff is a gem! This is the real hospitality 😍

Very nice. good breakfast and delivered to the room. the food is also delicious. the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The depth of the pool is just right for the swimming concept while on vacation plus the large jacuzzi is very comfortable. The service is very satisfying, Forgot to order breakfast, we are contacted to order breakfast, the monkeys often play. The only drawback is that the front porch is often dirty because the monkeys are quite aggressive looking for food, maybe because of the pandemic so their food is reduced. And the cleanliness of the trees that looks is rarely cleaned. The rest are very satisfied.

The experience of staying with the family at Royal Kamula is fun. Rooms are nice and spacious. Complete facilities. Staff are friendly. Very strategic location.
