Great honey moon at the villas. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Room is big and the private pool is perfect.

Actually the view is good and the staff is friendly, but there is a problem that is enough to make us disappointed, namely the water turns off from 9 pm to half past 9 am (this in our opinion is really intolerable), with the condition that we asked over the phone many times and asked again to the reception area at half past 6 in the morning but there was no one on duty and the phone was picked up so that there was no phone sound, besides that we rang the bell and knocked on the door many times but no one came out, we waited for it, at 7 am the staff suddenly arrived come out from the inside and pick up the phone (until we really can't say anything), we ask for responsibility that is not clear and there is no certainty. The point is, if there is a problem like this again, please help, 1 hour the dead water has been immediately found a solution (even before 1 hour), we were told last night in 1 hour the water will turn on, but until tomorrow morning as I explained above still not blazing. Moreover, the staff is asked what the answer is, what is the solution, or even the sneering is really unprofessional (I understand there are a lot of DWs there, but please train the staff properly and the management can be improved again). We and other guests were very disappointed, especially when someone brought a baby. Really can't say anything else. Thanks.

The place is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, only the staff is friendly, but not agile. Car parking space, a bit lacking. Food choices are few.

The villa building is quite old, the cleanliness of the villa is still lacking. The access road to the villa is narrow and you have to be super careful. Street lighting along the villa road is also minimal. Even on the first day of stay the electricity went out in the early hours of the morning for about half an hour. Overall maybe not the best choice for me and my family.

I was so happy the moment I stepped in to the villa, it has everything I need except stove, but yes I really love the spacious room, spacious bathroom, the private pool that has a splendid panorama of the jungle … the service was also excellent, every time I ordered go food they will deliver it to our villa, and they also provide free bike … I'll definitely come back.

With an affordable budget, you can already get a resort with cool and very spacious rooms + you can update your private pool at an affordable price. the scenery is beautiful in the Ubud forest, for those who are on a honeymoon, it is perfect. But unfortunately the breakfast is less varied and the taste is lacking, the service is good, only the many new employees don't really understand the service. Overall the resort is really cool

Kekurangan: kebersihan kurang terjaga, lokasi terpencil dan gelap, layanan minim, kondisi interior kamar banyak yang rusak dan tidak berfungsi. Kelebihan: Pemandangan Alam pada villa ini sangat bagus berada di tengah hutan dan tebing. Namun sayangnya manajemen kurang merawat fasilitas dan prasarana villa secara keselurahan sehingga nampak kesan tidak terawat.
