The staff is friendly, only the area around the room and bathroom is dirty, many are damaged, like a hotel that has not been occupied for a long time, and it turns out the view and room are not like the photos. In front of the room facing the pool, many rooms are damaged and forced to be scary. Luckily staying with my husband and there were no sounds or apparitions.

There was no water at check-in and no water at checkout, the room smelled.

Friendly and smiling staff. In my bedroom, I felt water dripping on my feet while I was sleeping. I realized that with the rain, water had seeped through the roof and hot water was coming through the ceiling and soaking my bed.

On the balcony there is a mouse gnawing on the bedroom door and the room is dirty and full of dust.

The check-in process is fast, if there is a problem with the bedroom, you can immediately communicate to change to another, more comfortable room.

When I checked in, the room was so dirty, I asked for a broom and swept it myself, like an abandoned hotel, the side rooms were broken and dirty, but the swimming pool was clean, comfortable for bathing, the toilet was okay, but it looked like it had never been maintained until there was a spider's house, but the water was smooth and there was warm water, I asked for towels but there were none, facilities such as soap and others were not available, the mattress made my body itch, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, the hotel was haunted, at night I was disturbed by a ghost, the bathroom locked itself from the inside and couldn't be opened even if I forced it, if I knocked on the door and asked permission from the ghost, the door would open, there was an apparition of a female demon, basically a creepy experience of staying there. But the employees were friendly. I didn't have time to take pictures of the many damaged and dirty rooms, because I wanted to check out so badly, at night my heart was racing and I hid under my blanket because of the ghost.
