This is one of the worst hotel that I ever stayed. Things that went bad: 1. When I entered the room, it was dirty. You can see that it wasnt maintain properly. 2. Wifi, Phone and TV were not working. I need to go back to reception to ask a staff to fix it, since the Phone is not working as well 3. The linen is dirty, I was itching when I stayed there. Can’t imagine what caused my itch 4. The room service? terrible. I need to go down as well to order it. All the food was overcooked and over seasoned. It was so bad. 5. They have a whatsapp number, but guess what? when I mssg them, no reply whatsoever Verdict: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Thank God, the hotel is nice and spacious... But the sheets are itchy... I don't think they've been replaced. Please fix that. And there's a lot of dust on the table😥. So please help clean the room... But overall, it's good👍

The location is excellent and the staff were attentive and polite. Breakfast was enjoyable with a decent variety of options. However, the cleanliness of the room requires significant improvement. Unfortunately, I encountered several cockroaches in the bedroom, bathroom, and living area, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this standard. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements stricter hygiene and pest control measures. The property itself has great potential, but better maintenance and cleanliness would truly elevate the overall guest experience.

I stayed with my family for one night, and it was a very pleasant room.

I used this hotel for my wedding preparation.. when I saw the photos and reviews. The people looked nice and clean and well maintained… but when I entered the room it was not well maintained, the bathroom was full of moss and the water tap from the toilet was leaking and making puddles everywhere.. and the room was dusty and the cupboard seemed like it had never been wiped or cleaned for decades.. I rented 1 room that contained 3 bedrooms which meant for 6 people but the glasses and drinks were only for 2 people.. what was more disappointing was when I asked for clean towels from 7:00 PM and they came at 10:00 AM the next morning.. the breakfast was very disappointing for a 4 star class where there was no variety and the taste was very very lacking 0 to 10 I gave a score of 4 which should have been if there were not many variations but the taste could have been better and tastier. My next disappointment was when I booked an executive room the night before, I had informed the receptionist that I wanted to move in earlier to prepare for my groom's wedding. From the night to the morning, I asked for help to move in earlier at 1:00 PM and on the 18th, I asked again to move in at 1:00 PM, but the receptionist only promised that I could move in at 1:30 PM. When I asked for the key at 2:00 PM, my room hadn't been cleaned yet, and it was finally 3:00 PM. It really messed up my event. What confuses me is why there are no customer reviews for these things because for me, customer reviews are important for self-improvement and to prevent customers from feeling trapped. The waiter is lazy when asked to ask for help.

When you first enter, you'll smell cigarette smoke. Perhaps the air freshener needs to be replaced, added, or even provided. The bathroom also smells, especially the small one, which smells really bad, as if it hasn't been cleaned. In the kitchen, there are only 3 glasses, no plates, and no coffee spoon. Breakfast is not very varied. Otherwise, it's good, there are 2 rooms.

Overall satisfied, very suitable for families, recommended.

I've had two staycations here and I'm really satisfied. From the check-in/out service, breakfast, and facilities, everything is great, especially the gym, which I didn't expect to be so good.
