The hotel is part of an apartment complex, and some of the furnishings are quite dated. Getting in and out is a bit tricky due to limited access. We didn't get to see the pool because our room card couldn't access the pool or the elevator. Breakfast options aren't extensive, but I think it's reasonable for the relatively low price. On the plus side, each room has its own Wi-Fi, which is fast enough for working. There's also an ITC right in front, so you can find food nearby. There's also a busway stop right in front, making it easy to use for Transjakarta. There's a mall downstairs, though it's not very busy. There's an Indomaret, Lawson, Alfamart, and Starbucks. It's perfect for light shopping and coffee while working.

The rooms and suites are comfortable and family-friendly, but please pay close attention to cleanliness. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. Some of the staff are unfriendly and unresponsive to guests.

The room type was suddenly changed. While the price was an upgrade, the space and features were somewhat reduced, so there was no bathtub (they were given a Japanese-style room).

I'm sorry, but I had a bad experience staying here. I stayed on August 27, 2026, and was assigned room 1217. Upon entering, the living room AC was constantly on and leaking. The AC also looked very outdated. The next morning, August 28, 2026, at around 6:00 AM, the power suddenly went out. I was temporarily moved because engineering was out. I booked a King Bed and was temporarily changed to a Twin Bed. As of writing this review, I've just moved to a Twin Bed, so I don't know where I'll be moved next. I'm sorry, I'm a bit disappointed with the service at this hotel.

I booked a family suite with breakfast for 4 people: Pros: - Spacious room - Cool AC - Excellent staff service - Spacious, fragrant elevator with quick waits - There's a mall and minimarket downstairs, so it's easy to get snacks Cons: - Dirty room and an unpleasant odor in some areas, especially the bathroom - Noise from other units holding a 17th-an celebration is clearly audible - Swimming pool is not very spacious - Breakfast menu lacks variety and tastes less than delicious

Check-in time was 2:00 PM, but I wasn't able to check in until 4:00 PM because the room was being prepared. There were no towels in the room, so I had to request another.

Check-in was supposed to be at 2, but it was 4, with the excuse that the room was being prepared. When we arrived at the room, the Wi-Fi was down. The hotel phone also wouldn't connect because the router was out of order. Breakfast only included white rice and limited side dishes, although there were plenty of bread, desserts, and other snacks. The fried fish tasted salty. A plus point for the receptionist. Please improve the room facilities.

The system is also strange, I ordered a twin room but it wasn't ready on the big day when I wanted to check in (it was already 1 hour late for check-in). Then it couldn't be done, I would rather change to another single room and it was dusty. The room had been cleaned for a long time and was just left like that. That's why the access card couldn't be used to go anywhere like the swimming pool. As a result, I was locked in the pool area for about 30 minutes just waiting for the staff to open the door, this position has no staff to guard it either. Honestly, the price like this isn't worth it.

Check-in was at 2 PM, but the room wasn't ready until 3 PM. The living room AC wasn't working. A technician was sent, but the issue wasn't resolved even by 10 PM; instead, they just left a ladder in the room. We asked for a different room, but none were available. All in all, it was a huge disappointment.

I absolutely loved staying here! Finding food was super easy because of its super strategic location. The rooms are spacious and make you feel at home. What really made me feel at home was the heated pool, so you don't have to worry about getting cold when you want to swim. Overall, it's great and I highly recommend this place!

The hotel and facilities were quite comfortable, but the amenities need further attention. The shower gel was only filled with plain water, and the bathroom was dirty. There were used cotton swabs under the sink, and there were also small worms in the shower area. Please reconsider this.
