Please improve the variety of food on the menu; don't just keep it monotonous. Improve room cleanliness; provide a bathroom mat to prevent mud. The service isn't very responsive.

For the service is not fast enough, suggestions for the breakfast menu please change it to other variations, don't just keep it monotonous, and don't forget to provide a bathroom mat in the room so the floor doesn't get wet.

The bathroom/bathtub cleanliness needs further attention. The breakfast menu lacks variety, but the staff is friendly and responsive when I asked for a room change due to the noisy AC and dirty bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We enjoyed staycation even only for one night, love the swimming pool very kids friendly, love the food, and the dining room very large space so kids can move freely, awesome!

The problem with check-in was slow, the bathroom was very noisy. The room was full of dust, the AC wasn't cold, the shower smelled of urine when I first turned it on, and the room floor was asymmetrical with lots of small holes and wasn't level. They didn't give me the elevator key, so I had to ask for it.
