Good place for staycation n rest the same times can go shopping n watching movie at megamall.

I booked 2 rooms but 1 was not ready upon check in time. Nevertheless, the staff attended swiftly and made it ready in about 1 hour. Not bad for a quick weekend trip.

I had a great time here in Ixora Hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. I love the pool area too. Although it is not that big but enough for you to have a great swimming time and enjoy the view. Be prepared to not have safety box in your room because Ixora hotel does not provide it but overall I had such enjoyable time staying here.

Please improve your check in system that was very slow and customers have wait very long time for check-in. The rest is very good.

Room is spacious. Only thing is that the shower is not functioning as it should. Water coming out from both hand shower and overhead shower.

Arrived around 8pm and the checked inn was smooth. Got room on high floor as per requested. Nice view from room. Breakfast also good lots of choice. Overall it was a good business stay here.

High expectation. However, I'm very disappointed with the cleanliness and odor. My friend and I got a room at level 6, but the level smells cockroaches. Whenever we walk at the hallway, we saw cockroaches crawling out from the carpet hole. My friend got headache due to the smells. Fortunately, the staff at the counter was very nice. We request for change room, at other level and she gave us the new access card for a new room at level 9 without delay. I could not imagine other customer can handle the smells the whole night staying there. Please improve! I'm not recommend this hotel to my friend and family member.

Needs to change iron and ironing board. The board is already crooked on the surface of the board. Very difficult to iron clothes. However, the room is so spacious, clean and have a nice sofa.

2nd time here. This time I managed to try their gym equipment and pool. Suggestion: to extend gym hours until midnight

1. Can't upgrade the rooms from superior to family rooms while check in. Reason their no rooms available. By the way, when I booking the rooms on November 2023, I was told by their staff that I can upgrade the room while check in time. In means time when I request for extra bed, their staff (from room service) tell me that no more extra bed. So sad 🙄😔. 2. Flutch water in toilet bowl refill are too slow. 3. TV cannot operate and so difficult to switch on.

My room have bad smell, mid night a lot of noise such as something running at the roof.

Nice room, good location. Quite expensive. View? Air conditioner ventilation!
