Best hotel in Kulai, worth the money

Overall it was a good place to stay.

The single room is pretty small. Next time will go for bigger room.

Receptionist so nice and polite. They need deposit Rm100 and will be return during check out. There is free parking at the basement which is safe because have cctv. Under the hotel is cowboy kulai. Iron they will send to you shortly upon request. Surely will stay here again later.

Room ok but sadly my power card problem..change to 2nd room but room smell smoke..change to 3rd room..my friend got room with vynil/wood floor but I only got tile room. No mirror in room but only small in bathroom.

Checked out and request cancellation and refund after one and a half hour due to no water supply in the hotel. The conditions in the hotel is bad maintenance too.

In-room equipment conditions are not satisfactory. For example the slow aircond works.

The room is like a picture. Bedroom & bathroom are clean. Quit room and it's near the supper market. I like it.

Hotel is so beautiful. Love every bits about it. There's parking lot, the room is so big for the price tag. Very comfortable. Night staff were not that friendly but i can overlook that. Awesome stay. Love this place so much.
