The room was dirty, the facilities were mediocre, but for that price it was pretty good.

Nice hotel, the air around is still cool, but unfortunately there are a lot of flies because maybe there are not enough staff. The swimming pool is clean and very nice.

It is better to offer a room for storage, because it is noisy with the sound of the water machine, the bathroom is dirty, the sink water flows out onto the bathroom floor and it is dangerous for small children to take a bath because the bathroom floor is very slippery.

The hotel's location is strategic to tourist attractions.. the weather is cool. There are two swimming pools. The breakfast is quite delicious

The location is strategic if you want to travel near Lembang, the staff service is also friendly, only one thing is the hot water is sometimes on and sometimes off, but for the rest it's ok.

On the Traveloka list there is a place to take a hot shower, but they gave me one that doesn't have one, I was a bit disappointed with that.

The atmosphere is calm, unfortunately the culinary area is very far from the hotel.

The location is okay, but the food variety should be added with a snack menu. The staff is friendly but the wifi signal is weak.

I'm really fed up staying here, besides the dirty room, what makes Shack Shack shocked is that when they arrived, the room wasn't ready and they even fixed the lights that were off when the guest arrived. Definitely won't be coming back so for sure

1. Bad internet/Wi-Fi connection (no signal Wi-Fi at all) 2. Water heater did not work. 3. Less menu of breakfast

The staff service is quite good. What can be improved are the room facilities, such as curtains that do not close properly, windows that are a bit difficult to close, stairs to the upper floor that are a bit porous, and the road on the upper floor that is very slippery. For breakfast, it would be better to add a variety of side dishes, especially during high season. The rest is quite good in terms of cleanliness and a beautiful environment.

The place is quite close to Lembang town square, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, the air is cool, but it's a bit noisy with the karaoke people.

Dirty towels and mats, dusty blankets and sheets, sticky floors and no soap provided unless requested.
