The location is close to our destination. You can easily find various foods to eat—just go straight down to the mall. The staff are friendly; the only downside is that the room is a bit too small.

The hotel is pleasant. The rooms are comfortable, the lobby is bright. The pool is perhaps a bit small. The location isn't too congested, but it's close to everything. Since it's located above a mall, you don't need to go anywhere. Just go downstairs for food. There's also a cinema.

My first stay at Harris Festlink, the check-in and check-out process was fast, the staff were friendly and it was in the same area as the mall so it was really nice not to have to bother going anywhere else.

Breakfast was varied and quite tasty. Mineral water was refillable. The hotel facilities were quite good, integrated with a mall. However, the surrounding area (outside) of the hotel was a bit less than clean.
